Full staff - card can not be made because of break times, appointments and on and on oh and I can’t get cash out without a card either so how do I get my money out? Terrible service.

I was born and lived in NYC, then Hartford, then the Philly-area, the n Atlanta, then a suburb of LA and I'm now retired in Anderson, IN where we lucked out when moved here 23 years ago and picked PNC for our banking because of its proximity to our home.

I love the staffs here and they have been there to help me in person or over the phone. This is my favorite bank. I left my military bank to be with PNC Bank because of the staff here.

Ive never had any issues with pnc untill today. I walked in to the bank because i needed a letter with my account information. The lady tells me i need to schedule an appointment. Im was like ok sure. She said do you need it today? I told yes i did. She looks at me and says well we dont have any appointments today. You can come tomorrow or go to a different financial institution. So i go on the pnc app and start to schedule an appointment with that same branch and there are literally over 30 appointments available for today. One was literally in the next hour. Absolutely ridiculous and rude.

I was impressed that they were open till six, perhaps that's not that impressive, but anymore everything is closing early. Nice friendly staff.

PNC is ridiculously inept. It has taken them 4 days (and counting) to do a simple in-house transfer from my checking account to my auto loan. At the National Bank of Indianapolis, the transfer is instantaneous. However at PNC, I am now paying interest on an auto loan that I had the cash to payoff. Their online banking is pointless also. If you have to go in handle a simple cash transfer then what's the point? And, telephone banking is even worse! I held for 10 minutes last night and was eventually hung-up on and then when I called back today I got a message saying that my call was important, but that the wait was 20 minutes! How important can my call be if they don't answer for 20 minutes. I actually feel sorry for the poor people that have to work there. They've closed branches and it seems clear that they are trying to save a sinking ship.

Time after time this bank continues to fail me. Horrible place to the bank... They will get you for overdraft fees because of their VISA system. I tried to take equity loan out and they lied to me about how much I could get... Went out of the country and they didn't let me know it took two to three days to get money converted... They act as if they can help you but when things get to the point they seem to fail every time.... Credit union is far better than this places or any other bank for this matter!
