“If you order an "in-stock" lawn tractor online for pickup or delivery that day, you may not get a lawn tractor that day. You may not even get it the day after that. Their online stock reflects NON-assembled tractors. Thus, you will be WAITING a couple of days for someone at the store to assemble it. This was not good news for my overgrown yard. I needed a tractor immediately so I trusted their website and their online checkout. But NO!
My purchasing story had a happy ending though. The store manager got involved and helped assemble the tractor and got it delivered.”
