I have had the worst experiences at this pharmacy. Long story short the pharmacy told me they were going to have my medication that day. Instead of calling me and telling me it didn't come in or looking at near by pharmacies that could fill it they let me take the trip in to tell me my prescription wasn't ready. This was not their first time doing this. When I told them that is an important medication that's something you should probably keep ordered the tech just told me we'll we have alot of people on that medication. I said ya that's probably why you should keep it ordered. The pharmacist then chimed in to say it was on back order and I didn't need to talk to her techs that way. I was beyond frustrated. They filled medications i hadn't even been on in a year. When I told the tech I didn't need them and to just put it back she continued to just try and talk over me. The pharmacist threatened to lay her hands on me and her own manager had to tell her to go away. This place is a joke. State will be called next. They are unprofessional and need better management

I had the worst experience at this pharmacy. They couldn’t refill my prescription, because they had a hard time getting it, and their other stores couldn’t get it either. They didn’t let me know before I made the trip in. So, she then tells me that “I “ can call other pharmacies and see if they have it. Ok.So I find one that did, they call to have it transferred, but Payless pharmacist tells them I have no refills. I call Payless “what’s going on?” “ oops we forgot to take it out of processing, so the pharmacist thought there weren’t any refills left. Long story short, I had to make a ridiculous amount of calls back and forth to finally get it straightened out. It was frustrating and time consuming. I didn’t get an apology, and believe it or not. I was very patient with them. Ugh

One is. Nice review ! They are absolutely horrible. Meghan is the worst! Always rude and treating me like a pill seeker for blood pressure medicine. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!

Rude incompetent. Takes forever to fill prescriptions they just close the pharmacy down at all hours. There are some really nice employees in the store part but the management does not care if you are satisfied or not and they definitely don't care or try too get you to come back. Horrible place on meridian St.

Crystal at the pharmacy is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. I was the last customer in line and it was 12:58. She refused to help me because she had to go to lunch. It was 12:58 and all she had to do was turn around, grab a bag, and cash me out.I was forced to wait 30 minutes and was then helped by Lou. Lou was extremely nice and it only took her about 45-60 seconds to grab the medicine and cash me out.Thank you for the great service Lou, and I’m sorry you have to work with people like Crystal. They make you all look bad

I have recently been becoming a regular at payless and while they do have really good sales and decent prices. Their bakery department needs serious help. Specifically referring to whomever makes their doughnuts. The doughnuts aren't even ready and out until 8. They are very plain and ugly. Someone really badly needs trained or something. Not to mention come in earlier. In my experience doughnuts are ready and case full with a good variety by the time a store opens. .

Pretty sad when you have to bag your groceries and there's at least 6 employees just standing around. Guess it's turning into an Aldi. I don't care to bag my groceries but when you can't get a signal in there to get your coupons that stinks. And get told oh sorry for that. Give me at least 10% off when I'm doing your job

Can we please do something about the trash outside?? This was the nice Payless in town for the longest time but they have really let the litter get out of control and don’t seem willing to do anything about it
