Sometimes when Payless has their 10 for 10 sale is great. But sometimes I notice when I am shopping that they have higher prices and another major box retailer in Muncie.

There's times you can't always find someone at certain payless in Anderson but the one I go to is on meridian which there not as bad as some prices could be better but all in all not a bad shopping experience

I called to just get a simple pricing on a carpet cleaner the lady had no idea what I was talking about I'll take my business elsewhere I was just needing a price I thought all staff had that knowledge during training or something.

I really think it is ridiculous when you have a person on cash register that is handicapped And No Sack Help because they hide she has a very hard time then you have to sack your own groceries to help her she is a very sweet person she does the best she can

Beyond incompetent and rude, went early to send a western union to a family member who recently had a stint out in specifically asked for western union transaction took 30 min and even with me writing g recipients information in CAPS she still spelled it wrong. Redid transaction twice. Family member ent to pick it up today only to find out it was sent to RIA. A avenue I’ve never used nor did I request. I had to go back ask for manager etc. ZERO apology, dismissed the wrong doing and only excuses

My only quarrel is with the discriminating policy to force people with backpacks to leave your backpack with customer service whilr you shop... yet not one word to over half the customers who carry a purse (often as large or larger than a backpack)I assure you it would be FAR easier to slip a stolen item into a purse than for someooe to steal with a backpack that needs to be taken off, unzipped, stashing stolen and then slung back onto that persons back. Ohh and from my understanding there are no safeguards or prevention to protect a customers personal belongings that are confiscated .So if my stuff is stolen... ohh well i guess.... its disgraceful.

I had a pick up order and he said it didn't give me credit for some my digital coupons because they changed the flavor (it was still on sale the same) however I got charged extra $10+ a d he said I wàs getting credit and I never got it

There is only one cashier on Saturdays and Sundays. Why???? That is when a lot of people do their shopping. I refuse to check my own groceries out when I pay over a hundred dollars each time I go. I will continue to order online and pick them up. If I wanted to bag my own stuff I would go to ldied.

The last 3 times I bought the deli fried 8 pc chicken & last 2 times the chicken was awful. 1st time the oil was old & bugnt & this time the chicken tasted old and tough. It's hard to find good fried chicken here. Last time going there I'm done with the deli. So sad.
