Very happy with my experience! I had my nails done a day before from a different nail salon where my nails ended up being crooked and very uneven. Nail Art did an amazing job at fixing them and making sure it is exactly what I wanted. He was so kind and my experience was great overall!

I went there and ended up taking the nail polish off in the shop bc it was so thick it just wouldn't dry. The owner handed me a cotton ball so I could do it myself. I've been going there for years and it's kinda hit or miss. However, they are over stressed due to booking appointments wrong, or people dont show up, etc, The workers are always kinda angry. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. I'm never returning there.

If I could give a 0 I would. ?
My daughter and I went to get a full set. We had asked if they had enough time to do 2 sets since it was before 6pm and the owner said yes they could do it.
Tony did my daughter’s and he did a great job. ?
I had the other guy there (not sure of his name) and it was horrible service! From the time I sat down he was mad. He cut 3 of my nails by the cuticle. I had a pic for reference as to the shape I wanted (which I posted on here as well), and my nails are wider at the end than in the pic. Right before he started to paint them I had asked him if he could smooth out my nails and he laughed, shaking his head, saying that once he puts polish on it will smooth them out. My nails were rough and had lines in them from him not using the right tool and/or his tool also being tore up. We pay for nails to be done which isn’t cheap anyways and it looks horrible and I end up leaving in pain with acrylic and dried glue all over my fingers from him clearly not taking his time.

Worst experience ever. The edges of my nails weren’t properly filed and where jaggy and I asked for a simple design and it looks like a drunk 2 year old did it. I will NEVER be back. Horrible service.
