“Went into get the a25 and saw the prime razor and William kinsey went over and beyond for me! I don't know how he can handle all that stress I switched from xfinity to boost and xfinity gave William problems but he handled it like the professional he is! I was so happy from my visit ill be telling everyone to go see William at boost he told me he works both scatterfield and 53rd street and this man is one of a kind! He helped so much I couldn't believe it! I'm telling everyone to go to him!”

“Haven't had alot of trouble with any of my phones. Service is much better now than it was a few yrs ago. Every time I've gone in the store each of the employees were on the phone and still got me in and out with new phone and service honestly haven't had a bad experience yet. I mean come on, no one is perfect and u get what u pay for in life. If customer service gets bad or whatever I'll make sure I'm taken care of or I'll just go somewhere else or there is always a number to call to deal with things so basically good job ppl!”

“I’ve had Cricket for around 5 years. I explored other services and attempted to port my number over to another carrier. After the port was complete, it was then discovered my phone was not compatible with the new carriers service.
Because I had already transferred to the other carrier, my previous Cricket account was cancelled, leaving my phone number stuck between services. After numerous conversations, I was successfully refunded from the other carrier but was told I had to go into a store to get my situation sorted. My main fear was the possibility of losing my phone number, which I’ve had since I was 18. Shawn heard me out, asked the right trouble shooting questions, and managed to get me started on a new account with a cricket as well as getting my number back. HUGE thank you, to that gentleman. It took a while but there were 3 customers ahead of me. Shawn did a great job at trying to explain and break things down for every customer in front of me. I am forever grateful.”

“Prices to fix a screen aren't much different than buying a new phone. The guy I dealt with didnt have any people skills, he wasn't rude or mean but seemed like I was bothering him and he didnt care or not if I was there. Tried 2 different phones to be fixed and didnt have either in stock. Screen for a 3 year old phone was 400. Got a whole new one for 500. If you NEED your phone and have 3-4 days you can give it a go”
