Went a few times always done great work. Issue with AC and they quoted over 2k to fix. Take it for 2nd option and got it fixed under 220.00 and it's staying cold. Make sure you get a 2nd quote from another place. ADDING 3 MONTH UPDATE. AIR STILL COLD FROM 220.00 FIX. So glad I didn't schedule the 2k fix

While I haven’t taken a vehicle here in a couple of months, this is the only shop I trust with my vehicles. They have always taken care of me. If by some crazy turn of events they weren’t able to fix the issue the first time, they always do what they can to make it right. My friend and his parents have taken their cars here for years and that’s why I started bringing mine here. I have since then recommended them to my father who, while he has only taken a vehicle here once, is more than pleased with Mitch and his crew. I have even recommended them to a company I previously worked for when my company vehicle had issues and the company expressed to me how great they thought the crew working here is.I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who wants their car worked on and repaired correctly.
Update: nothing new to really say. But wanted to thank the crew for taking care of a new vehicle I acquired quickly and professionally. These guys are great. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Like to thank Dan for being able to get my Motorhome scheduled in a timely matter. The tech found that the fuel pump had failed. Dan communicated with me to let me know how things were going.

Mitch was recommended to me by folks in the motorsports industry all over the midwest.Mitch is a super guy and his techs are the best. He fought a warranty company for a friend and got her transmission replaced. He also properly diagnosed my Corvette and repaired it properly (It runs like a scalded ape). He also diagnosed my Cadillac STS and gave me excellent advice.This guy is great. His shop is amazing. Honest, talented, clean. Amazingly professional.Is he the cheapest? No....Does it matter? No...A great value. If Mitch Smith Automotive fixes it...it's fixed.It is amazing to have a place like this in little old Anderson Indiana...I cannot recommend him enough..

I contacted Eric Brewer at Mitch Smith's Auto Service for a loud noise coming from the rear of my vehicle. He was professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I made an initial appointment for Friday, but because I have a warranty through Repairpal, he suggested I bring it in Thursday for a test drive.
The tech was able to make a diagnosis - very professional and knowledgeable.
Though my car wasn't repaired on Friday, Eric was upfront about why - parts. I returned on Tuesday, and Eric was extremely patient in dealing with the warranty people and getting me back on the road.
My experience with Mitch Smith Auto Service was one of the best in dealing with any auto repair facility. I'm sixty and have numerous cars, so that says a lot.
In this day and age of rude, unprofessional, and shady repair facilities, I can tell you that Eric and everyone I talked to was professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend them and thank you!
