We had been using an agent who wasn't even close to us, which was ok, but not practical. Our friends recommended us to reach out to Mike's office, and I'm glad we did. They made the transition super easy, and Tiffany was able to work with me, with my work hours, to get things straightened out. Would recommend them to anyone!
