I arrived to pick up a set of pre-purchased doors that were to be wrapped and ready for pick up prior to my arrival, per Tanis.
No such order was pulled or wrapped or ready for pick up. Jay wasn't even aware of order.
Jay needs to go thru customer service training again.....he got all shaky and took a puffy chest stance ..... needs to simmer down. Never raised my voice or showed any kind of assertiveness.
Abby could use a little more agm training as well. Not helpful at all.
They sold my pre-purchased doors.

Today I helped by Jordan and Chase who worked tirelessly to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They both showed excellent customer service skills. I hope them, and all workers worldwide, unionize right away. Solidarity forever.

I hope your still putting Nos Sonic Sour on the shelf. Went in to get my drinks and they were not there? Now you have some zero version of the original blue Nos on the shelf. That original is nasty and I would never drink the zero version. Taste even worse with no sugar. I spend a lot of money every week including buying a case of Nos Sonic Sour every week! If you dont keep carrying it....Im going to have to spend my money else where! PLEASE HELP!

I purchased 300 tile spacers in an online order. Picked up the order but didn't notice they gave me a bag of 200 tile spacers. I try to take them back to the Anderson location for a refund but was advised I have to go back to Indy for a refund. Menards is a multi billion dollar company but can't handle a $5 refund. Keep up the great work team!
