Have noticed Lowe's average prices on most items are at least 25%-30% higher than Menards. And Menards is still making a profit for 30% less so Lowe's is making some serious bank on their over inflated prices. Then they have the nerve to ask if you want to donate to various "charities" at their wonderful and always flawless self check outs.? Anderson, In. Lowe's replaced ALL cashier's with automated check outs. Waited in line forever while the poor one lone employee struggled to try and get customers through the line while trying to fix the the screw ups automated check outs were making.

Picked up some cypress mulch the outside attendant help me load it I got a good buy. Got a tractor battery today same as what was in the tractor it was a little less expensive than Walmart I try to stay away from Walmart

Employees are way to pushy at SELF CHECKOUT not allowing you to check yourself out, while also skimming right passed the My Lowes Rewards input. Then they proceed to stand in front of the register while you try to find room to be able to pay....

The parking lot is geared toward drainage which causes problems trying to keep your cart from rolling away when opening your tailgate or loading your stuff. Especially if it’s heavy. I loathe your parking lot! Your customers best interest wasn’t in mind when that parking lot was designed.

Went to Lowe’s to buy a rose bush, told me that the ones that they have for sale is online only! So I asked her if I ordered online I then can get the rose bush today, she said yes! I asked her why is it that I am already at the store, why I can’t just buy it now! She kept telling me I had to order online and then I can get it!! Is it just me, or is this the dumbest thing ever!! Apparently corp is run by a bunch of incompetent idiots!! It’s like when these corporations put in self checkouts and wonder why they are losing millions because people are not scanning their items!! Who is running these corporations? Idiots!!! Well, now that I think about it, we have an idiot for a president and look what happened to this country, so I suppose they are patterning themselves after the idiot president!! ?

I am not complaining about lowes employees. I'm complaining about the company they use to deliver appliances. I've had 2 bad experiences where they delivery men were hitting on me knowing I'm along in the house. They didn't know how to turn off the water line for the fridge and I had to do it myself. One of the men kept trying to tallk to my children and was lingering in the doorway to do so. Hopefully they find a different company.
