My husband and I live about 25 minutes away, but after having poor experiences at another Lowes location in Indy, we decided to make the drive to this location. We have have been Lowes customers for years and recently moved to a new house and have needed to do lots of work, so I'm glad this location has everything we've needed and the customer service has been amazing every time we've visited. It's a plus that Lowes allows dogs, so it's also a great way for us to socialize & train our dog while getting things done too.

Hard to find someone to assist you. You have to look hard for one or you may have to follow them helping someone else so you can be next. Customer service is their main problem. They usually have what I need.

Went into Lowe's yesterday with a broken ceiling light. I was going to buy a new one but realized they didn't carry it. So I asked Phillip for help and he fixed my light kit right there and then within five minutes. He was absolutely polite. He deserves to be recognized for how kind he was to me.

I would not recomend having Lowes do a Fencing Quote or their contractors. I think had the worst experience. I spent 1,800 on a fence to be installed. The contractor and help with Lowes was 1 Star. They didnt apologize, they did a terrible job and didnt follow up to see my fence and how it was crooked and it was 7inches off the ground. Dug holes off my property. The Manager gave me a whole 60.00 refund for my hassle. I waited 3 days for a fence when it was promised day one. Cheap wood. Even their drivet said it was a slop job. My advice to you is go to a Company direct.

Top notch customer service provided by Shawn yesterday! I was in the market for a new BBQ, and he showed me all options instead of pointing at just one. He laid out the advantages and disadvantages of each without any pressure at all! I'm really happy with what I chose! Great investment.

Don't get me wrong, I love going to Lowe's. The manager was extremely nice when their third party vendor was awful with flooring. Just be forewarned about who they are using. My main complaint and maybe it's just me but who the hell engineered the design of their parking lock? They wanted to make sure they wanted good surface water drainage but damn, a 30 degree grade. I can't tell you how many times I've had to hold the cart with a foot or lean it into my truck. Hard to tell how many have dinged other vehicles with run away carts. Sounds petty but it is a constant pain. Otherwise, great store with a very good manager

Meh it's a Lowe's not too bad. Employees help you when you flag them down and the store is organized. We bought our washer and dryer from this location and they're still going strong 7 months in. Garden center is pretty nice at this location

My go to store for things I need for home repair! I've always had helpful staff here but was disappointed the last time I visited as they lack a variety of penetrating oils for seized up items.

This Lowe's is the best home improvement store in the area. I live just a mile down the road, and I purchase everything I need for all my home projects at this store. They always have what I'm looking for. Every time I've gone, I've received excellent customer service from every employee I've come into contact with. They're amazing. I give it 5 stars because it deserves it!

Unfortunately, this Lowes falls short on Customer Service. We took measurements in for a step. Needed4 pieces of wood cut. We were rudely told by the employee we had to prepay and they'd get to it later. Nope. No way to treat your customers! We went to MENARDS and were waited on immediately and by friendly staff! Used to be a loyal customer of Lowes but now we'll go down the road. PS: Your lawn & garden cashiers are worthless too.

This Lowe's is way better than the one in Marion! I cannot believe how much better the service and staff are here! I like this one much better... We asked for something and we got it! We didn't have five detours along the way. It took less time and the staff was friendlier and more helpful. 4 stars

Walked in to simply order a lawn mower bag, and received horrible customer service. They talked to us like we were stupid and expected us to know our lawn mower number from back when we bought it 4 months ago... the woman rolled her eyes and sent us to someone else because she seemed to be "too busy." The next man who helped us must have had a bad day too because he was just as rude to us. I hate going to this Lowe's because the people who work there are always so rude and don't ever seem to want to help!
