Emma, this review is for you. I have battled depression for years and struggle with my long hair, and when I tell you, this woman didn’t judge me she made me feel so beautiful. I Chopped all my hair off. And wanted to start over she gave me the most beautiful haircut. I am mine blown I am just blown away. Thank you so much it’s. Ok

I went in to get curtain bangs and my hair dyed blonde. I said I didn't want a color that would wash me out and I received a color that washed me out. For my curtain bangs, the cut was uneven and I now cannot do any hairstyles with my hair. My bangs are uneven and Karen didn't curl my hair properly. She rushed through it and didn't try to make it look nice. If it was possible I would give them 0 stars.

I absolutely love the staff at Jagged Edge. I usually have my hair done by Karen. I travel from Florida every few months to get my hair done because she does such a great job. Karen had a family emergency during my weekend trip and Emma stepped up to do my hair. It was absolutely beautiful and she did a fabulous job.I highly recommend the salon, any one of the stylists can make your hair look spectacular. Thanks Emma for helping me out.

When I mentioned what I wanted she started quickly, I made a comment shortly after about how I'd like it done and she started taking chunks and cutting it that way. I unnecesarily lost a lot of length I was hoping to keep.
