Only Harbor Freight around that constantly asks for my drivers license on even the smallest of returns. Muncie store never does. Cashier told me the request just comes up randomly in their system. Bologna! It asks for my ID every single time! Ridiculous! Asked some big kid if he worked there and said he did. I wasn't sure because he was playing on his phone. When I asked him if he could tell me where something was he acted like I was asking him to pull teeth. He just points and says "over there somewhere". Hilarious. I guess I must have interrupted his video game.
I know good help is hard to find these days but really dug to the bottom of the applications on that one!

Great place for pretty darn good tools. I've literally tried to ruin them and they took it and still goin. Prices are also hard to beat.

I had went to buy a steam cleaner with a 25 percent discount and was told the discount didn't apply to my purchase it was upsetting however I needed it so I purchased it anyway. Why have coupons if there is so many limitations on them. Like myself a lot people are unable to see the small print.

Great tools for beginners and diy goers. At these prices, you dont have that awful gutteral ache if over time, a tool stops working or breaks.
