I walked in without an appointment. I waited 10 minutes and then was called back. Good conversation about what I wanted 4 inches off all over. Looks fantastic. Great experience.

Chelsea does a fantastic job for me. She takes her time and listens to my wants. I never felt like she was rushing. I intend to become a regular for her.

The beautician was more interested in talking with coworkers than making sure she was paying attention to what I wanted. I had to point out to her that she missed one side of my head!
