This review is long overdue but Emily Blue was so helpful with a transaction regarding an unreasonable Chase hold that was being placed on a Real Estate transaction. There was no personal gain for her to step in and yet she provided excellent customer service. She is an asset to the bank and a reason to consider changing banks!

Set up an account on Saturday. Inconsistent on whatbtheybask for this was my 2nd time withdrawing from my account and was asked for my driver's liscense no big deal I said i.dont have it on me and was cut off bytl the red headed white girl at the glciunter she said do you want the deposit slip back or do you want me to shred it cause nobody knows you around here.
I'd hate to say that I was racially profiled by a 30.something white woman but I've been here before. The manager asked me to then come in and provide my dl on my phone in which I was previously told I couldn't do. So I just withdrew all of my money from the account and will close the account
I just moved here 0 /10 that little girl should be written up as im sure this isn't the first time her poor customer service has caused an up roar for them.

I currently have and have for several years 3 checking accounts, 2 savings accounts, and an equity line with First Merchants Bank in Anderson Indiana. For those of you reading this be very careful with ANY loan you have with this bank. Be sure if you have issues you get the name of the person you’re talking to and the date and time you spoke to them. You should also ensure they are recording the call or making notes in your account because if they get an opportunity to screw you over and out of more money they will! Even having several accounts and being with this company for several years does not make you a valued customer.

Charges like crazy on overdrafts who’ll hold things pending for days and reorganizes your charges so that instead of one overdraft you’ll get multiple. Won’t notify by call or txt or even email but will send you a letter 4 days later after they’ve racked up a bunch of fees. Trash bank
