I pawned my necklace at this place about a month ago went in and redeemed my necklace, and my wife went to pawn the same exact necklace and the pawn shop manager claimed the chain was fake how could this be the same exact necklace that I just pawned and redeemed horrible service for a long standing customer will never deal with this pawn shop again!

Went in today to get speaker wire ladder and saw. I will tell you I didn’t know what I was really doing but Nate came through and helped me from start to finish. I ended up buying a ladder hand saw and a chainsaw. Well brought it home and it wouldn’t work went back and Nate and Heather set me up with a better chainsaw I’m amazed they need more people like these two I had help through the whole process. I recommend you guys come see these guys they have excellent customer service. I want to say a special thank you to Nate and Heather keep doing what your doing.

This place is actually disgusting with how they low ball you on everything like I went to sell a Nintendo switch with a pro controller and they said $75 . I have my Oculus Quest 2 go for $15 and recently they haven’t even taken anything I’ve tried to pawn. This place should be shut down and honestly should not have business. Everyone should just go to KT or anywhere else.
