If I could give them a minus 1 I would. Called the comfirm availability of a Jeep Grand Cherokee I was told it was available. Told Derik I had a two hour drive and was on my way to test drive ask him not to sell before I got there. Received an email confirming a 3:30 scheduled appointment. Arrived at the dealership early 2:30, and was told the car was just sold. We have never purchased from Ed Martin and if this is the way they treat their customers don't think I ever will.

Bought jeep grand Cherokee has a noise and bad battery last less than two months very rude service department including the general manager.

Wish I could give negative stars . I had my 2022 ram 4 times for service on radio every time I pick it up the same error message shows up .4 trys to fix it is enough THEY SUCK

Bought my Ram 2500 from here. the sales and service staff are all amazing and courteous. Professional treatment. even though, it took them a while to figure out the problem was the transmission needed replacement, I still want to give them their due because everyone worked hard and did their job in the process. Truck running great now!
I would definitely recommend this dealership because, not only do they sell quality vehicles, they back them up with a warranty.
I will likely be back when it's time for another ?
Special thanks to Errol, and Rob for taking care of me, and the guy who stayed late when I picked it up last time, and the mechanic who came out and talked to me.

May 30 I pulled into Ed Martin Chrysler Jeep went through the parking lot and found a 2024 Sahara Jeep Wrangler. It had 8 miles on it. I drove it went back the next day and traded a 2020 blazer with 20,000 miles they ran my blazer through service nothing wrong with it. They had it out on the lot for $6000 more than what they gave me. But lead me to believe they did me favors on the 2024 jeep that I was buying . That is a lesson learned to not deal anymore with Ed Martin. I have bought many cars. This is my fourth brand new car. Never have I ever been disrespected nor talk to the way Ed Martins employees. I purchased this 2024 Jeep I got home, pulled it in my garage and it’s got a defect in the right door of the panel underneath the paint, looks like a horse shoe. Called Bryon they had me take it to the body shop. They told me it would possibly be six months to a year to get my door repainted. Left after conversation with Bryon Burke. The body shop manager called and told me to have my jeep in there on the 24th and they would get the door take it off repainted redo the hinges they would have 3 to 4 days told me to have it in there on the 24th of this month Ed Martin would guarantee that that door once it’s repainted is not going to be a default to the Body of the vehicle , I filed the case with Chrysler and have a case number and spoke with a Chrysler employee by the name of Mike . He opened a case it lasted not even 48 hours and told me because it’s not the engine transmission motor bumper-to-bumper issues that they were not going to cover it, and it was left Ed Martin would cover it , so I get another call from Ed Martin. He told me he could bring my jeep in on the 24th of this month at 8 AM in the morning and that he would have it 3 to 4 days to repair that door and get me back in my jeep that I am now paying for , long story short I was told today when I called Brian Burke to let him know that the case was being dropped with Chrysler because Ed Martin is going to cover the paint job. I asked for Scott the financial officer not only was he arrogant he was very rude nor would he let the customer even speak when I questioned the interest rates of my paper work
I finally told Scott I will deal with the body shop manager. BRIAN says well we can’t guarantee you know that they’ll have your jeep back to you in four days. I said the body shop manager told me it would be 3 to 4 days. Well, I’m just saying we can’t guarantee that, so here I am paying for Sahara Jeep 2024 wrangler with only 134 miles on it and I have no jeep they’re putting me in a rental. I told him to give me another jeep to have mine in the shop well you know they disagree with that but they’re gonna put me in grand Cherokee , I’ll keep you posted On what ends up happening Lonely for My Jeep and paying for a Jeep. Told BRIAN today the only reason I will ever go back in that dealership again is to do my oil changes and I am done. I will never purchase another vehicle again off of that lot. Hope the next customer gets Appreciation for a $$63,000 sell.

Called into the service dept about a warranty issue and was told they couldn’t confirm if the issue was covered under warranty until I made an appointment. Called Russ Hubler in New Castle and with the last 8 of the VIN they were able to not only confirm warranty, they have ordered the part and will call me when it comes in. Also, the service advisor talked down to me like I am an idiot - and I’ve worked in the car business (sales manager at a Ford store for 5 years and now at an independent store). Apparently if you’re a woman you can’t possibly know what you’re talking about.

I took my Jeep Renegade here while it was under factory warranty for a faulty panoramic moonroof and was told multiple times that nothing was wrong and it just needed to be lubricated every oil change which for my driving habits I travel for work and do about 5k a month or one oil change every four weeks. That said it was in the shop here under factory warranty and I was charged for the lubricant each time even though it's not a service item that calls for that. Not to mention multiple other occasions I had to drop my car off and was only provided a loaner car on my 7th visit and then when I commented about the lack of quality Rob stated I didn't buy that nice of a Jeep model so I shouldn't expect quality or anything of the sort. Ed Martin Jeep nor any of their dealerships will see another dime of my hard earned money.

Where should I start!!!! This was the most unprofessional and unskilled experience I have EVER had when purchasing a vehicle!! I found a red 2020 Kia Sportage on CarGurus. I did the financing on there and was approved. Robin Hines a sales person for this dealership in Anderson, Indiana immediately contacted me. She got my information and proceeded with saying they can’t finance me. I told her I had my own financing. She submitted my application to my financing company. The down payment, amount of monthly payments, when the first payment will be due all was discussed between her and I and I agreed with it all. I was to come from out of town today Saturday May 18th to pick it up when they opened. I unexpectedly didn’t have to work on Friday and told her I would try to get there but unfortunately couldn’t. I asked how long the process will be the next day as I was coming with a sister. She stated “ all you have to do is test drive and sign the paperwork, I will have everything printed and ready to go. You should be in and hour within an hour”. She emailed me Friday night stating she was excited to meet me the next day. She also emailed me roughly 6am today reminding me of the appointment in a couple hours. I arrived only for her to tell me she had bad news. That the car was sold the night prior. The amount of confusion, frustration, and anger could not describe how I felt!!! I have been in continuous communication with Robin. Everything was already done from my understanding and I just needed to sign the paperwork. I was already approved for financing!! How and why the heck was that vehicle not pulled and set aside for my arrival the next morning!!! It should have been pulled and taken to service to be cleaned detailed etc…. A big dealership as this how could such unprofessionalism even occur and for her to email me the same day about my appointment. No mention at all about it being sold..therefore I made the trip there for no reason. I couldn’t even get the courtesy to try to avoid me driving 2hrs there to their lot!!!! Once the manager got involved he apologized for the ball being dropped and encouraged that he would make it right. Find me something else of same or better value and could even cover my down payment. He then left the desk….oh and NEVER CAME BACK!!!!! But Robin did!!!!! And with one other car option. A Kia Soul cloth seat no sunroof and extremely small. The car option they gave was one I could go to a buy here pay here to get. Definitely a way less value then what they let get sold!!!! After an hour of being there with no other options given I asked Robin was the manager coming back. She stated “let me see he might” I stated MIGHT!!! Not seeing the manager again I decided to leave!!!
I do not recommend this dealership! The ball was clearly dropped and no other options was given to reconcile the situation!!!! Poor management and poor education of the job for Robin as she she have had that car pulled to be cleaned etc and ready!!!!!

We drove a little farther to bring our Jeep because we had heard good things about the service department here.
We had a frustrating situation due to some supply chain issues but our service advisor, Rob, was great. He helped coordinate all the different parties (parts, warranty & labor) to get it done for us.

I have had great service and Chris from sales staff has been outstanding for me.
Rob In service will do everything he can for you. Having some rough times with the last vehical with warranties getting started and problems. But I know they will all do what they can to make things right. They work with you as much as they we can.
Patiently waiting to get my Jeep back and on the road again.

Bought a duramax from them 2 weeks ago and it has spent more time in the shop than in my driveway, I thought it was nice of them at 1st to have to truck warmed up but figured out it was just to hide to oil pressure reading 120, bad glow plugs, and a good chance it has a blown head gasket, leaking oil because the oil filter was even tight. I will never do business with this place again

I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from here and during the test drive I noticed it needed an alignment I told the sales person when I got back before signing any paperwork and I was told to bring it back in a week to get it into the shop, well that day came and they didn’t know anything about it and the salesman that sold me the Jeep wasn’t working that day, but they still fit me in to help fix it. Well 4 hours later they bring out my Jeep and now it pulls to the other side, when asked about it they stated they didn’t align anything, they just “straightened” the steering wheel! Service manager admitted that. They also messed with my tires and only reason I know is because I work at a tire shop and I just put those tires on, well they was marked on the inside of tire for road force balance. I had 35 psi in my tires and when I got it back none of the tires had the same amount. When asked about this they refuse to acknowledge it and refuse to check the cameras due to my center hub cap (aftermarket wheels) won’t tighten down because they broke the spacer! No loaner vehicle offered while mine is in the shop. Brian the GM seems to want to help over the phone but that’s about as far as he’ll go, I’ve tried to get them to make this right and they still refuse to!! Worst customer service from a dealership. Oh and I didn’t even get my Jeep tools for my doors or anything like promised or a detailed vehicle at the time of sale instead of using so much armoral! Pulled the seats down and dog hair literally everywhere and my dog don’t even have white hair!!
