The last two times I have been to the pharmacy the workers are not pleasant. No hello, no smile, nothing. When they ask you what you need it's very rude sounding. There is also no "thank you, have good day" when the transaction is finished. It's not a good atmosphere to walk into. I work with customers all day, and I always have a smile and hello for them, it makes the day a litttle better.

Scheduled a Drive Thru test online. Called to confirm this location does drive thru testing. Was told I needed to schedule online—I did. So, I show up and I am told they do not have the supplies for drive thru testing. Wow. Thanks a lot.

I was treated very rudely by your associate. I tried using the self check out it failed. The cashier came to help me than grabbed the item I wanted to purchase and proceeded to go help someone who walked up to the counter while she was helping me which was very rude. That was the last purchase I will ever make at CVS. Walgreens Walmart and Meijer all sell the same stuff and have better service.

I normally love and never had an issue with CVS. But today I was at the hospital for bronchitis and I called CVS to see if they had our new insurance in their system. The woman on the other end was very nasty and rude. Not sure if she is overworked and underpaid… but I simply called just to see if they had our new insurance since one of the meds was not covered. We, as a society need to bring back caring individuals that not only have empathy for others but good customer service skills. This woman did not have either

I scheduled mine and my wife's vaccinations two days in advance. When the day came to get our vaccinations, we went to the stores pharmacy and was told by the pharmacist with a smile on his face that they were out of the vaccine. I asked why we weren't notified so we wouldn't have to go out in the downpour that was going on? With a smirk he just shrugged his shoulders and didn't even answer my question. Needless to say, we won't be doing business with them anymore. This is the store on 38th and Main St in Anderson In.

Scheduled a COVID test because I’m sick and need one for work. Drove 20 min away and was basically told I’m out of luck because it wasn’t in their system, even though I showed them my appointment for the day, time, and location as well as my confirmation number. Going to have to waste more of my time getting out for a test even though I feel horrible.

They used to be my favorite pharmacy but they kept filling my scripts before I even needed them. Now it takes them forever to fill just one script
