Pharmacy staff is rude, incompetent, and lack of sympathy. There are however, a couple of employees that dont fall in thay category. I assume people that act the way this staff does, take this job thinking it's cake, count pills, hand them out, repeat. It seems like a very simple job. Stop taking your frustrations out on us. I've seen issues with other customers while i stand in line. Scripts are constantly messed up. You need to take into consideration the people coming in are sick, in pain, and more. It shouldn't be a problem to check the system and phones if someone has been waiting for hours for a script that was called in. This call in system has screwed a lot of people. When the Pharmacy can say "we haven't received it", we have a huge problem. If I came in with my paper script you would have to do your job. I'll be calling corporate in the morning. I think the long list of reviews says enough.

This is being generous horrible customer service with the pharmacy several times they will tell people things will be ready and they never are the lack of communication is astronomical and the woman pharmacist is very rude and hateful

Horrible service, the pharmacy was very rude to me, they acted like I was stupid and laughed at me because they didn’t check there messages to know that my prescription was called in the night before. I tried explaining to them and they were very rude and said I didn’t know what I was doing or what I was talking about. Had to have my doctor call them and explain to them to check there messages. I have very bad anxiety and ptsd from serving in the military and it triggered a full blown panic attack, my wife had to go get my prescription for me.

They never call me to let me know when there is an issue with my prescriptions and have left me high and dry on medications that I HAVE to have. I’m a type 1 diabetic and I had my doctors office send in a refill request 4 days ago for my novolog and the pharmacy never called me to let me know it need prior authorization. I had to call them to find out what the hold up was and now they’re saying it might still take a few days to fill my prescription. This is not the first time they have dropped the ball on communicating about important issues with my prescriptions And I’m sure I’m not the only one they do this to

SEND YOUR SCRIPTS ELSEWHERE!!!This cvs Pharmacy is AWFUL people have medications THAT THEY CANNOT GO WITHOUT so they get their meds sent their assuming that the hours they ADVERTISE are they hours of operation and that they will be there, yet here is us Saturday at 4 pm and CLOSED!!! This happens way too often at this location so now I will have to wait seeing how it’s a new script to get filled until Monday To get a prescription filled that I need right now!! Do better CVS or change your hours so people are aware so they can have their script called in somewhere else! NO EXCUSES FOR THIS! PEOPLES LIVES ARE IN YOUR HANDS AND YOUR FAILING US!

Hate to give even one star. Pharmacy Service was horrible, prescriptions not filled, no guidance on coupons, substitutions or even out of pocket expense. Employees laughed at my frustration. I dropped off prescriptions at 11:30 am, to be told they would be ready at 2pm. and they would text me if they were ready before. I didn’t get a call and wasn’t able to make it back to the pharmacy until around 7 pm. I was told there was an issue with insurance and the prescription could not be filled! Why was this not communicated earlier! I could have contacted the dr and/or insurance company to fix the issue prior to everything closing for the day. This was a pain medicine we had been waiting patiently all day for. I ended up driving to the Muncie 24 Hr location and had NO trouble filling the prescriptions, were professional, and efficient. Shame on you Anderson

They have showed to be protective with my prescriptions and information, courteous in a professional manner, and reliable for those of us with patience. The pharmacist will make time to chat if needed, and the techs are very capable at doing almost everything there. I've been going here for 6+ yrs. It's a good pharmacy.

It's what happens when people have know common sense at all or customer service abbility. Told me monday they ordered something that they had already told me was ready.that it wouldd be ready today tueday.i go tonight to pick it upand guess what same speach different girl and day.i have to order that and they wonder why they are getting replaced by AI just a thought
