If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only do they have a non-functional gate that takes your code, so you're locked out after 8:30PM, we were assured our items would be safe in their facility. We've rented a unit for almost two years. We noticed a year ago the lock on our unit was missing, so we made sure our items were still there and everything at that time was accounted for which they were and we replaced the lock. We recently went back in Feb to retrieve some of our things, and we ensured our unit was organized and locked and secured. It was. We went up there this past Sunday to get our very nice grill and patio furniture and when we pulled up, the lock was gone. When we opened the door to the unit, our grill and patio table was missing and the entire unit was trashed. Boxes were ripped apart, items that are irreplaceable were broken. We called APD and filed a police report and called the facility as well as replaced another lock. They finally reached out to me today and the woman was so rude and laughed about my situation. She stated that "there was nothing they could do" and that their facility doesn't get broken into. Clearly it does. I explained that this had to of happened in broad daylight due to their gates being closed at 830. She stated their cameras only go back a week and they do not have any one on site. So the items there are not monitored like they make you feel they are. We are planning on retrieving the rest of our items once our schedule allows. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from renting from here. Anderson is a high-crime city and not even your storage unit is safe anymore despite being assured it is. We're out $1,200.00 and all I can think about is how the woman laughed about our situation and tried to compare her daughter's shoes getting stolen out of her school locker to my situation. So upsetting. I'd rather replace a $50-$150 dollar pair of shoes than $1,200 worth of stuff. We worked really hard for those things and because of theft and no camera recording or assistant, we're out and have to take the loss.

They're great. Best prices in the county by a mile. And they're super friendly and quick to respond to emails and all questions. I'm really happy I chose this place instead of others.

I couldn't get through the gate with my access code. Tried both gates, none would open on the only day off I had this week. I was very disappointed. I needed to unload my durango.?
