    Xfinity over charged us ,$40.00 and if I never caught it nothing would have happened, that's why I wanted a paper bill but they want to charge you $ 10.00 for paper, I guess so if they over charge you will not catch it, more money for them,,,lol

    Refused to send bills in paper so I could pay them. Asking about it since we started services 4 month's ago. Changed me late fees for not paying. I can't pay because again no bill sent. And office's are still closed and can't pay at kiosk because it in the office.
