I have never had a problem with this laundry mat. I've been coming to this laundry mat for 3 years now. Matt the new owner is really nice gentleman. If you have a problem he will be there as soon as he can. I had a problem with one of the machines and he came and looked at it within 20 minutes and had it back up and running.

Prices were fair. Facility including washers(I didn't use dryers) we're clean and odor free. Appeared to be plenty of change in the bill to coin changer. Even parking lot was clean

Would not recommend. Sign on the door says under new management but no one was in the building. 2 seedy gentlemen were sitting in front on the curb and casually walking in and out of the facility. 2 machines took my money while a good portion of the others had "out of order" signs
