I had a makeup appointment scheduled 5 weeks ago. Today two hours before my appointment I got a text saying that they couldn’t do my appointment because of a scheduling error. They didn’t offer me another time or give me any time to find someone else. I called on Monday asking about my appointment because ai didn’t get a confirmation email. I left a voicemail and no one bothered to return my call when I could not found this out on Monday instead of two hours before prom.

My daughter and I have been going to ClipZone for over a year now.. Sydney Thompson is our stylist. She is fantastic! I always leave with the exact color and style I wanted. She also does a great job with my daughter's curly hair. She recommends great products for us to use at home.
Really, everyone at this salon are always so friendly and accommodating. I feel like they try to make everyone's visit the best!

My daughter had prom last weekend. She had a horrible experience at her hair and make up appointment. These photos are what $115 hair and make up look like from Clipzone. We had to go home take the hair down, wash off the make up, and start over. I reached out to Clipzone twice to offer an opportunity to make it right and was ignored.

Made an appointment three days ago. Had a wonderful time I figured I'd bring my daughter in, created an appointment for her to come back in an hour and a half to have her haircut and just slightly curled,an hour into the appointment we were told that the next client was there for our hairdresser and that we had to go after the haircut they didn't have time to press and curl her hair Now is it because my daughter was the only black woman in there because she was black and I am a white woman and they took the time with me so that's kind of really leaning towards being racist and I will not frequent this business ever again, nor do I recommend it to any person that is going in to get their hair done. The hairdresser was willing to get her hair finished but the front desk told us that we had to go and they could not finish it because the next client was there. I am very upset for my daughter she deserves to have a pretty day. They had multiple hairdressers in there and I am sure that any one of them knows how to press or do a blowout and could have finished her hair. This is not professional and they have lost 2 clients today. We were not offered any kind of compensation for this issue. I am upset and very disappointed with this salon.

I used to go to this salon when I lived in Anderson several years ago. My roots and grey were really overgrown, as I have not had time to get them done. I called Clipzone to see if they could fit me in on my way back from Indy. Heidi did a fantastic job on not only covering my grey but also redoing my balayage/highlights and they look so natural. I could not be more impressed and wish I lived closer. Super satisfied with the outcome❤️

People were rude and dismissive. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and still no haircut. Didn't ask if they could take my coat or tell me that my stylist was running late.
