This shop also hustles budget car and truck rentals on the side. Picked up a truck in Florida and this was the dropoff location. Dropped off after hours. Was charged an extra $100 the next day. No communication as to why, no email, no call. Rental had unlimited miles and was returned with quite a bit more fuel than it had when I picked it up. Checkered flag won't answer their phone or return a call. Extremely poor business practices. I wouldn't trust them to work on my vehicles either.

I am writing this review for someone that doesn't review places. But here is my story..... My dad was on his way to Tennessee for business and his alternator crapped out on his trip, we bought one from the local auto store and these people installed it very quickly and got them back on the road, so thank you for fitting us in and keeping the labor down. Jordan was great! My Son was one of them that got messed up by Southwest over the holidays. Jordan went out of his way to get him a car so that he can make it back to work in North Carolina on time.

Good budget rental car place. Best deal go on line play with the dates get a good rate. Counter service is great. Remember folks have 250 extra on your same credit card you reserve with for deposit or budget wont let you rent. Major credit card is best. Dont use debit. Good job guys! Tim Keeney

Great overall experience. The guys working there were honest and kept people in mind. They didn't try to over charge, they told me how to get a better price and even recommended the best places to go for certain things. I will definitely be back!

Awful experience had car forv5 days never touche it. Never called to say he could not fix it thatvweek. Put wrong fluid in power stearing pump took 3 different visit to get repair done. Do not usedvtoo disorganized and not enough help!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE... How do Dealership Service Departments stay open? Like unless it's warrantied or something electrical... I'm most likely going here. Got a quote for front brakes and rotors at Ed Martin Volkswagen for my Atlas... oh and an oil change: $800! Went ahead and had them do the oil change for $90 since it was about 500 miles overdue. But then I sourced the parts myself for $150 after discounts and had Checkered Flag here in Anderson do the labor for $100. That's $340 all in as opposed to $800. Almost 1/3 of the price. Why do people willingly pay those inflated prices? I will always recommend local shops. Been Using Checkered flag for at least 10 years. No complaints.Services: Oil change

Good people and good prices. Dan made sure my car was fixed up properly during the initial job and caught another issue with the car and took care of it as well.
