We thought to just put in an application just to say we did it. We were not confident we would be approved at a fair rate considering we filed bankruptcy in past 4 years, credit score under 700 and we make less than 50g a year. However, Bill made it happen and it was such a fast process as far as being approved and everything we needed he communicated over phone or through email. We are now a home owner. It all started with an online application. Praise the Lord who worked through these people to make our dress come true. Thank you so much!!

These people were nice & attentive when we purchased our home almost 2 yrs ago. But now we are not worthy of their time. I called 3 times to find out about refinancing since interest rates are lower. It ended up with a text and not even from Bill Montgomery.Great company in Texas to work with but lousy customer service in Anderson IN.
