Rude and didn't help me with my phone. My phone still won't work after 2 months . I pay my bill and by the next day it doesn't work. Lost all faith in this place.

I am writing to file a complaint about a Boost Mobile franchise location. The address of this store is 1908 e 53rd st anderson indiana 46013. At around 2pm on 2/22/2022 I was in this location and the employee here told multiple people to get service from another company such as att. He refused to help me activate my phone which is a samsung s21 FE 5g bought from the Boost Mobile website. He stated that no s series devices work on Boost Mobile networks and that we should all switch carriers if we want to use these devices. I had to force him to give me an expanded network sim which I was able to activate my device with. Once I received the sim card myself and another gentleman who had been waiting maybe 10 minutes for this were told to leave and that he had to lock the store to make a phone call. The customer prior to me was also treated in this fashion and she bought it and you have lost her as a customer because she went to ATT from the store. I have been a customer for years and I am shocked that an employee would treat paying customers this way. I would ask to be compensated for my time but I doubt that a company of your size would care to keep me based on this employee's actions. I will be considering switching providers as this behavior is very much fraudulent in telling me my phone was incompatible with boost. Luckily I was able to do what he could not do for 3 customers today.

I was on a plan with a couple of people and I paid them my part then they didn't pay the bill. The lady that works there was great. She worked with me and got me on my own plan.?

Worst service ever was told that our pixels were not compatible over the phone we came in to get our information so we could change carriers and they said they had a new upgraded Network so we bought service again for it to not work at all at least sometime before we would get service and calls but after they switched us we couldn't even make a call it was as if we didn't even have service and they refuse to refund us when we switched to AT&t one day later
