Buyer Beware!! I scheduled my tuck for an oil change and tire rotation. I sat there for 2 hours. Lady there apologized and said she would not charge me for the services of oil change and rotation. My husband said nothing is free and went to look. The oil filter had not been changed I know that for sure. As the frame he bought at the local part store is still in my truck. I question if the changed the oil at all. They reset my computer on my truck saying it was changed. I bought my tires there in the spring and paid for the extras. At the beginning of my appointment she tells me that it will take a while to do the rotation and alignment because they don’t really have time. I pointed out that I in fact made an appointment to have those things done and no one called to reschedule. My point is they said they did the services and did not charge me so they wouldn’t lose me as a customer because of the trouble. I didn’t ask for anything for free or discounted. She knew I wasn’t happy that I paid for extra services for my truck when I bought $2500 in tires/services and they can’t produce the services. They gave me a receipt saying they did the service and reset my oil life on the computer. They did nothing to my truck and I sat for 2 hours for nothing.

I want to say Thank you to Jeremy and Rick and the mechanic that fixed my car. Jeremy and Rick went above and beyond t fix my traverse from the death wobble. They are truly amazing people and i will 100% back them up and send people to them!!!

The staff doesn't read the requests on the online appointment. Requested a specific tire and they tired to upsell me immediately as a "courtesy." I said beforehand that I needed an economically priced tire because my finances are in a bit of a crunch right now, but they picked what tire they felt I needed, which was twice the price. They tried to tell me that this will be better. I couldn't afford it and stopped them before trying to get me to sign up for their credit card. I know the deal.
This is not where the 1 Star review comes from, it'd be a solid 4 if my cell phone didn't ring at 8:06 am on Friday the 20th. Rick, I know you are reading this. All of this is because you contacted me and not by the requested method. When I asked to drop it, you persisted. So now I'm writing this review all because you couldn't just let me forget. "I'm old school and love to talk," that right there shows me that you'd do anything to get all tens across the board on your reviews. I also requested that you stop emailing me before you sent one this afternoon, but that got ignored too. How many times are you gonna ignore customer requests? It stops here. Don't pull this sort of thing with someone who offered to let sleeping dogs lie. 37 year of experience in this field and this is how you show it? Shameful.

Made a appointment and after 1 hour they figured out they did not even have the Tires...Said come back on Saturday at 8am..AFTER A 6HOUR WAIT!!!Still come not get the tire on...THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!

This particular Belle Tire was recommended to me as my family is new to the area. I called ahead and was told that changing one tire would be an hour. As I had to wait around for an hour, I walked next door to wander Meijer. 2.5 hours later, I called to see what was happening. I was hung up on the first time. The second time, I was out on hold for 15 minutes. I walked back to the store, and stood in line while still on hold (now 20+ minutes). My truck still had the tire off, and numerous employees were sitting outside the bays smoking. I finally spoke to someone and they said it'd be 10 minutes more. After about 12 minutes, they pulled my truck around and asked if I wanted an alignment. I told them they were supposed to check that as that was part of what I said when I droppedthe truck off. They hadn’t done it, of course, and I didn't have more time to wait. They said I could bring it back the next morning as the alignment rack is “never busy.”
I've been sitting outside for over an hour, and here is a picture of my truck, which hasn't even moved.
Do not come here if you value your time.
Edited to say that I finally got my keys and left without getting the alignment. I'll go someplace else.

Poor customer service. Valve stems were installed correctly and couldn’t drive my car home. Said couldn’t do anything about it for at least a day. Wouldn’t recommend for anything!

My car started making a random noise while traveling from Ohio to Indianapolis. I stopped in off the highway, and they were able to help me immediately. And they did an amazing job, saving my butt. So kind and so friendly. A really great experience.

I took my car here for tires. Dropped it off around 10 a.m. and was told someone would call me when it was done. 4p.m. comes around and no phone call. So I call them and was told to come close to 5 to pick it up. I arrived e at 4:50 p.m. they gentlemen helping me asks if any one has talked to me about my car? I told him no. He proceeds to tell me they couldn't align my car because it has bad tie rod ends and a bad shock. He then gives me a bill for over $1000.00 . Then he highlights tie rod ends and tells me this is what you need to be safe and says this will be $855.00. So I decline his service and take my car to my mechanic and drop it off and tell him I need tie rods. He quoted me $400.00 for inner and outter tie rods. He says I will ha e it done tommorow. The next day my mechanic calls me and says who told you you needed tie rods? I told him belle tire anderson. He told me there is nothing wrong with my tie rods. My mechanic also put new shocks and struts on my vehicle the year prior and said the shocks and struts are in good shape. He did not charge me anything because he is a honest person and realized that belle tire lief to me to make a profit. I then took my car to hadsells tire in anderson and got the car aligned no mention of need any parts to do the alignment.
Belle tire lied to me to get more money from me than just the tires! Who knows if they would have done the work and just told me they put new parts on and did nothing. I was not going to leave a review then I thought how many other people have they scared like this! This was the second vehicle and set of tires I purchased from belle tire and it will be the last! These people are not honest and take advantage of honest trusting people. I would not recommend anyone to patronize belle tire and if you do and they tell you that you need additional work I would run and get a second opinion. I wish I would have read there reviews before going here because I would not have went to belle tire. There are plenty of tire shops that I'm sure are more honest than belle tire. I also attached photos of there quote and a photo of the alignment sheet from haddels tire anderson.

I had quite a bit of work done on my jeep wrangler. I'm very thankful that the mechanic "Josh" was there to work on it. I had different things that were causing vibrations and Josh found them all and now I have a nice smooth ride.

I dropped my work vehicle off at 11am to get the oil changed and tires replaced. I didn’t have and appointment and although they didn’t get it done till 9pm, they did stay late to get it done because I had to have it by the Morning. I appreciate that dedication and that’s why I’ll be back with my personal vehicle in the future.

Top notch service. Brittney was very helpful, knowledgeable, and up front about wait times, prices, service, etc. I had two tires replaced and another repaired. I would come back for any other services I needed.
