I received my comic book bags and boards, only to find the package opened and **half** of them missing! On top of that, customer service was a nightmare—completely unhelpful and rude. I paid for a full set and got terrible quality with no resolution. Stay away from this company! Buy at a local comic store or pay extra for a different brand to avoid this hassle trust me

I placed an order on 8/3 for supplies for my online business. I get an email and phone call on 8/9 that my order is going to be back ordered for over 45 days. The items I ordered were in stock when I placed my order. It takes 5 business days to process my order and then you are out of stock. I appreciate that the company reached out to let me know. The issue is that your company thinks that me spending more money to get a large quantity of what ordered or have the order shipped in two shipments is enough to justify the wait and situation we are in. Unfortunately I was making an order for supplies for my online business and can’t wait any longer for you get your act together. I will take my business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. I placed an order for pickup on Monday. Within 10 minutes they called me to confirm I wanted to pick it up, as my address was from out of state. I told them I was in the area for a well known convention, and I did want to pick up. When I arrived on Wednesday for the order, it was ready promptly at 8am and they even gave me a free T-shirt for coming in. I was very impressed with the service and they will have my business again next time.

I received the comic bags (100), but I did not receive the backer boards (100). The comic bags were poorly packaged, they were folded over and tightly jammed into a small box. They dodge responsibility deftly, so beware.

Absolutely outstanding service. I ordered two of their plastic hard comic boxes on Amazon, not realizing at the time it was a third party seller. Well, the TPS shorted me two pieces in one of the orders. I contacted BCW (before realizing it was a TPS) and they immediately offered to send me the missing pieces! I'll be ordering directly from BCW next time. Also, give support team member Amber Craig a raise! She was super helpful!

Overall, I like BCW products. I use their toploaders to protect baseball cards. I recently ordered their vinyl record (LP) toploaders - seems like a relatively new product of theirs, however it has a design flaw and often arrives cracked near the edge. I reached out to Customer Service and they shipped out a replacement, which also arrived damaged. I decided not to reach out again for environmental reasons - it just seems wasteful for them to use all this cardboard to ship 1 single LP toploader. BCW needs to figure out how to add extra padding near the opening/edge to absorb the impacts/forces while being shipped.

I am a business customer and placed a very large order with BCW, The pallet was delivered with one of the boxes severely damaged (it had a large piece of wood that looked like it was from another pallet impaling a box and severely damaging everything inside, a total of 5 higher priced items). ************************* was an ************ to work with. I just had to send her a list and pictures of the damaged products, and ***** had our replacement products out to us within a few days, and made the process super easy and stress-free. I will absolutely continue to work with them, as they were very professional and quick to resolve my complaint. ***** has handled all of our questions and concerns easily, quickly, and thoroughly! Mixed Feelings....
I ordered these 12" vinyl record dividers, at a great price, from Amazon a while back ago.
When they arrived it was short one of the dividers. The package said 25 dividers, but only 24 were packed. I was really disappointed. It was a shame because I absolutely love the product.
I contacted the Amazon seller (STICR) to see if they can just send me one divider, but they offered to compensate me $5 instead. Uh, No thanks!
You say 25 dividers and I should expect 25 dividers.
So, I returned the item because I just wanted what I ordered originally. 25 dividers like the advertising and package says.
I tried to get the seller to replace the item but they even refused that and I was forced to re-order; but the price went up significantly and I was unwilling to pay $15 more. I lost a bit of money in the return due to import costs.
It was really just so sad that I lost money on this deal because of just one divider. I didn't do anything to warrant this.
I followed Amazon's instructions for support on my issue and contacted BCW directly. At first, they were not of any help and could not just send me one divider.
I was then at at a bind. Not one of the companies was willing to take responsibility for a miss packaged item.
After continuing to write to BCW of my experience in great detail, they were gracious enough to sell me one package at the original price I purchased. I was absolutely amazed that they would take on trying to rectify my issue. Not many companies would do this, especially if they had no obligation to do so. It was a very generous gesture on their part.
There was a bit of a hiccup with the currency as my original purchase was in Canadian dollars. It was mentioned in my order but BCW ended up charging me in USD which brought the price higher than I expected. I was a bit disappointed and angry that I had to endure a second hardship. I couldn't believe I was getting shafted twice. I wrote a previous review about this but took it down. as BCW did make the correction prior to my post.
I understand that BCW had to discount their product quite a bit to help me out.
All-in-all, everything worked out and I really love the dividers. The product is great I'm just weary of the companies who sell your stuff. I would like to order more in the future, but I'm hesitant that another package will have a missing piece and I'll have to go through this experience once again.
Thank you BCW for accommodating me with great compassion and care. I really appreciate everything you did for me when you were not obligated to.

Bcw boxes are trash. Graded cards don't fit. Boxes are too loose for raw cards they move around and get damaged. Now a good % of my cards are damaged from moving the box from one shelf to another. It was too loose. I got the standard box that was Recommended.

Haven't not been able to log onto BCW website for a week now. First get a cloudfire message stating my IP is bad. Perform a full antivirus scan reveals no malware. Then the website tells me password no longer usable and to click reset password which never sends me a email. Tried calling 12/9/2019 but got hung up on. Wasted hours to try get supplies to no avail. I cannot rate their product but the website is miserable.Update:As of April 2023 I ended up winning BCW's NCAA contest 3rd place prize. Ironically enough the prize items I won were some of the items I was trying to buy when I put my first review in. I would like to thank Evan for reaching out to me.
