“This place is amazing. Fair prices, quick turn around--what more could you ask for! The beat part is that they still do rust work. A lot of body shops will prompt you to replace whatever part is rusting (the door or hood or whatever). Bill will fix the rust.
Yes, I opted to get a new hood since I just had Bill repair my bubbling rust 3 years ago.

“My car was totaled out almost 2 years ago. My insurance said they use Tim Allred. I said ok and had my car sent there. They were so helpful in making sure I wasn't jacked around by the other guy's insurance company. I appreciated them a lot. Sent my mom there just this last week since she was hit and wanted an estimate. The guy was super thorough in checking out her car, finding things the accident had broken that we couldn't even see. Very appreciative. And the dogs are a plus to see along with the mini museum!”

“I really liked the 2 employees I dealt with, one over the phone 1st then when I got to the store a couple minutes later her as well as a gentleman. I was looking for a part for my friends' car & found it, had to order it but it was going to only take a day to get there, so I paid for it - it arrived Mon Jan 1st, but they sent the wrong part! My friend just got the cash back, oh well.. so it wasn't that locations' employees' fault...those two AutoZone employees have been the nicest AutoZone employees I've ever encountered!”
“Broke down pulling our 5th wheel to Texas. Was able to limp to the next exit and this dealership was right there. They are doing everything possible to get us back on the road including letting us park our rv on their parking lot. They are getting 5 stars only because I can’t give them more.”
“No other customers were there so it was good service,however though they don't offer much h in the way of tools (mainly wrenches) I had to go to Lowe's just to buy a 10mm wrench. Also if you're not looking close you'll go right past it like I did,its hid from view because the tire.place next to it sits out closer to the road and blocks it..”

“I've been using these guys for many years when we don't have the time to wait for parts bought online, Alexandria branch has some knowledgeable staff that are very helpful and if they don't have the part you need that day they can have it delivered to their store sometimes that afternoon if you show up in the morning most of the time the very next day. Stores always clean and well staffed.
Other than the high price of the convenience of getting your pay that day i can't think of any negative experiences here.”
“Pat was extremely helpful. He did not have my part, but gave me leads on places that would have it and a great, knowledgeable mechanic who specializes in my vehicle. He provided names, numbers and knew his stuff. I will return if I need anything else. Highly recommend.”
“It is so good that this place has remained a service to the community and not falling to big business practices. You can still tell the front desk what you need and they let you go back and see if you can find what you want. Thus keeping prices reasonable. They didn't have what I needed this time but last time I cleaned house. I always try them first.”

Corporate keeps raising prices on many of the low-quality parts they sell (this is true of all retail part stores) but the warranty here is unbeatable.”

“Do not write reviews very often but needed to do this to thank Auto Outfitters (Anderson Indiana) for the outstanding service and quality workmanship on the purchase and installation of a Tri-fold tonneau cover for my GMC Canyon truck. The product was ordered on Wednesday 08/14/24, received and installed on 08/16/24!! WOW extremely happy with this product which quickly received a multitude of rain showers to it test over the past few days.
