The staff was polite and efficient. As someone who suffers from anxiety when going to the dentist, I felt very reassured and at ease. They talked to me about what I needed to have done and if I had questions they answered them intelligently, but in a way that I understood.

These people are lazy and don't give a damn about patients after you sign the paperwork to go in debt several thousand dollars. Their product is inferior to their competitors. My wife received her partial a few weeks ago and while eating toast and eggs they snapped in half. Took them back to the office and was told "we can't fix these, we have to make a new one". But we don't have time until next week ". As a customer you are not valued. It's all about getting you to sign those loan papers. We will be contacting corporate as well as the loan company to voice our complaint.

The staff was very nice which is why I gave 2 stars, otherwise I would have given them 1. Whole appoint from walking in the door to walking out the door was less than 38 minutes. This 38 minutes included new patient paperwork, x-rays (4 different kinds) even after I told them my insurance would not cover all of them, they just kept X-raying, the less than 5 minute exam of the teeth and the discussion on the teeth that I had originally gone in to have stabilized and the pricing discussion.But, since I have Periodontal issues the dentist refused and wanted to talk dentures or implants, stating that most of my teeth are loose (I have not noticed this). Provided me with pricing for full mouth implants of a price that was higher then the purchase price of my car. I was told about 2 years ago, the prices are more reasonable now. These folks are saying that they are extremely expensive. Hubby had his done and it was only about $6000.00for his upper set, which would have been okay at that type of pricing it should have been about 12k for him to have full set of implant, but not $33k plus with is about 2.5x higher (full mouth).A family member went to Aspen, went back to them at least 3 times because the dentures were too large causing them to be constantly gagging, sharp points cutting into the gums and roof of mouth. The teeth in the partial denture looks crooked with one side of the teeth being longer than the other (these are still not right).

I had an appointment, sat there for over an hour. People came in after me, and was seen and left ,office staff was busy playing with there cell phones and texting and laughing. I am done with Aspen dental!!!

I have never had such a terrible experience with any business before. I schedule a teeth cleaning, they gave me the appointment card but for the day of my appointment they didn’t have me in their schedule. So I had to reschedule. My daughter had an appointment today with them that I confirmed through text and email and when she got there they said I didn’t confirm the appointment so they canceled it. I confirmed it twice!! This location is so disorganized, they have long wait times, and terrible customer service. Go anywhere else for your dental work, just not here.

I got my permanent crown put on and it went super quick. Really nice dentist who was helping out because the usual dentist and his wife had a baby!
