American Legion Post 127 is a friendly spot in Anderson. There is plenty of parking, handicap accessible parking, and wheelchair entrance. It is a SMOKING bar with the general room as non-smoking. The big event room would be terrific for a wedding, birthday party or celebration. You can rent it out. There's a tabletop shuffleboard game, a pool table, darts.

Very friendly. Only issue we had was they allowed smoking which we can not tolerate.

I had such a great visit here. My husband and I are members and when we come in everyone says hi or acknowledge us in some way or another. They have card night in the party room from weekly and have a Shuffleboard table they get games going on. Fridays and Saturdays they have music playing and some people get up and dance and sing Karaoke. You can rent out their party room for gatherings.
