Was slightly disappointed with the service I received. I had an appointment scheduled to have them take a look at why my car was making a rumbling sound every time I put it in reverse, and apparently the Internet went down and so the new owner said he couldn't complete the inspection and didn't want to give his advice as to what it might be.

Simply the best. friendly.... prompt....great service... always treats customers like family. Its what I experienced and what I observed time and time again as I sat in the shop waiting on the repair which was done in very timely manner.
