Horrible customer service, ran my debit card without my consent and lied and tried to blame a member of my family saying they called and gave consent to process MY debit card. All items of any value stolen from the unit supposedly by an unknown person, I believe it was the company or employee of this company that actually stole the items from our unit. Conveniently the cameras were blacked out by supposed thief. This place is not the place you want store your personal belongings!!!! This place is a total SCAM!!!!

Don't use this storage place...He ,they are complete theives!!! Yes, husband was a month late on payment, so they put their lock on it...we checked on it a day b4 he was to making payment ...ABC storage went in and stole any and everything that was of Vaule.!! I wouldn't be over exzaggerating to say about $ 20,000 worth of stuff...down to my dish liquid ....he left alit of stuff, which he damaged and threw every where....This was just straight Wrong and u have 2 business...is this how ? I will b filing a police report, cause I do have pics and witness to alot of the stuff that was in there...and the BBB...while sueing him in court, will not erase the molestation u feel from someone stealing ur personal belongs...yes, I did say it!! The law is to lock it up! Not steal what u want ...then leave it unlocked and send them a bill! Ur a descrace!
