Everyone is kind and welcoming. They get the job done for decent prices and they are thorough and quick with their work. They take the time to explain and make sure I understand what is being done and why. No surprise fees and I'm always satisfied when I leave!! I don't take my care anywhere else!

Wouldn't take a car there. Wife's car broke down on the way home which is less than a mile away. Messed up multiple other cars for me and my family and refuse to fix something without charge even if they break it like my dad's window.

Had some trailer trouble and got fixed up here. The gentlemen here were very nice and made it an affordable fix 10/10 review very good service

Probably a great place to have minor repairs or fluid/ filter changed. Took my car there and told them exactly what it was doing and they brushed it off that diff fluid needed changed. Took it to another place since it persisted and it was the rear wheel alignment was totally off.Nice people, just don’t take complex problems to them.

Fair price but like always u gt wat u pay for they left bolt off caliper other wasn't even tighten down made it 5 miles from shop truck before caliper failed. Had a leak fixed it still leaks went back to pick up bolt for caliper gave me wrong bolt. Alexandria is small town n have 2 or 3 other mechanic shop wld defiantly take ur vehicles to another shop

I love this place. Honest, reliable, quick service. Jimmy Humphries (mechanic) is so friendly and eager to take care of your needs. Great at prioritizing repairs and service. Takes the time to explain what's needed and the options available. And Trina at the front desk is so kind. She even offered to give me a ride home while my car was being serviced. Plus, the fees are quite reasonable. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you, Greer's!

On Christmas my car broke down so we had went to Greers to get my car fixed. Normally it’s a good job. This time Jimmy had quoted us less than $900. Great! So today I call and ask about my car. Come to find out it was $1240. They had fixed even more than what he told us AND NEVER EVEN CALLED TO ASK IF WE WANTED IT DONE.Needless to say we won’t be back.

I'd like to thank Greer's for the fantastic work they did on my Cobalt Chevy, ?... The estimate was more money than the price they charged me after they completed the work and that's because they got the parts in cheaper, I would have never have known the difference that's how honest they are... I will continue to have all my repairs done there and I definitely would recommend their work to anybody..?And it runs like a dream.......??Thank you for everything......?...
