Food is always cold even if you order ahead of time. You pay for a "large fry" only to get a small one. They forget half your order making you stand and wait for them to cook it. And once they hand you your bag and you realize they messed up they're no where to be found. They just run off somewhere in the back leaving you standing there resorting to shouting to get their attention. This is the worst service I have ever consecutively gotten from any place. They don't deserve anyone's business!

I wouldn't even give one star if I could get away with it. Your pops are gross and watery. The so-called hashbrowns are nothing but greasy, no taste and half cooked. Would love for Speedway to take over at this point.

Gas pumps only work sporadically. No paper for receipts. Asked people working behind the counter 4 of them for help with one pump due to it not reading my card. None of them could help on a Sunday. Have to call monday to talk to manager due to no manager on duty. The incompetence of cashiers was horrible and even blamed me when it started.

Usually awesome but have not had paper in the pump for receipts lately. One of my pretty peeves. Should be able to swipe and go. "See cashier, pump is offline" change the paper. Eeeeesh

I love the fountain pops, fresh cookies and the awesome burritos here. They don't skimp on ingredients, they're always fresh and they make them quick. Well worth the slightly higher price tag. My only complaint is the fact that the store always looks messy after first shift. Things are left is disorder, items need stocked, trash on the floor and outside on the parking lot spilling out of overstuffed trash cans. The bathrooms often look like no one has cleaned them all day. I know the crew is busy, but it makes it look so much grosser than it is and is kinda a deterrent for some people...personally I'd stumble through pig poo to get one of those burritos!

I love Rickers, but when I have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke from an employee (James) standing right outside the entry, I turn around and go to the next gas station. The Indiana law is no smoking within 8 feet of the entry to the store. I hope someone at Rickers gets James into compliance quickly.

This is the Rickers to stop at! They are the only Rickers around that has FRESH BREWED espresso, Latte, and cappuccino (NOT THAT POWDER STUFF, THAT IS EVERYWHERE ELSE) It is clean, and staff is friendly.
