Check in via kiosk, you'll need your driver's license and p/u number. Restrooms and vending available. Overnight parking is hit or miss. If it's busy and they need the parking then the yard dog will make you leave. Kiosk will not let you check in more than 30 mins before your appointment time.

Very quick to load but the people in the office were very rude. The loader was friendly and the scale girl was friendly.

5am appt, showed up at 430, big lot plenty of room to maneuver. Check in was a breeze, kiosks are super simple to use. In a door by 5, loaded by 6. They text you to pick up paperwork, print it off at the kiosk here seal from the window.

Worst place to pick up a load! The lady on the outbound window is extremely rude l! Approached her to ask her a simple question and the lady was extremely sarcastic. Appointment was at 8:00 am got here 30 minutes earlier because that’s what’s allowed it’s 12:30 and I’m still here if you can stay away from this place and if management reads this please talk to you’re employees about treating drivers with respect please.

I ve backed in a dock got locked an hour after I get a green light went on to shut the doors I'm not loaded.I go to the office to try to see whats going on lady on the 3rd shift rude and avoids to try to get any update on why that happend or whats the status.It sickens me seeing more people in the office than in the actual warehouse working!Clearly lack of appreciation and manners

Arrived at 6pm but I had to check in 30 minutes before appointment time on kiosk. Checked in on kiosk at 8:30 pm for 9 pm appointment. I got a door at 9pm was done at 9:55 pm. Don’t be late for your appointment because this is very busy so many trucks!

Can not check in not more than 30 mins before you appointment time even when no one is at the doors. After checking in you still have to wait to be texted a door #.Will update with hrs it takes to get a door and load.

Check in was easy. All digital. Must scan your license. You will get a text to go to a door. Then on the green light park in the staging area and wait for another text that your bills are ready. Go back to any of the 4 kiosks and check out. Have to scan ID again. Then walk to window, show bills, and get your seal. My appointment time was 5am. I arrived at 1:30am and had to wait to check in until 4:45am. Load and gone by 6:30am. Bathroom is tiny but clean. Vending machines are available.

Checked-in Kiosks would have been better without the need to go to Karen in the the shipping office. Waiting time is okay. Some of the docks are blind side but manageable.

Staff is acting like they are doing you a favor for loading the truck. They have a $45 late fee even if your rate confirmation shows you are on time, which you have to pay and then still wait another 5hr to be out of the place. Truck was loaded after 3hr in dock and then the rest is them preparing paperwork or god knows what. No overnight parking either, definitely will never pick up or deliver a load here again.
