We got new carpet for our half bath and laundry and a step in the garage. They were here from 8:30AM to 7:20PM. During that time they had to return to Alexandria to get glue that wasn't frozen. After they left we discovered several marks on the walls. They waited until 1-26 to come back. Although the workman was here for over an hour using a Magic Eraser and some kind of spray cleaner, there were wet places on our walls and he said they would look better once they dried. However after the drying we discovered large black smudge marks on our recently painted walls in those rooms. On 2-6 we called and talked to a young lady there and asked that the owner contact us. On 2-7 and 2-8 he had not called. They said they are extremely busy and I suggested we hire a handyman to clean up for them and send the bill to them There has been no response on this suggestion and it is now 2-16. The carpet looks good but the walls do not. My next step will be Better Business Bureau.

My brother has waited 3 months For vinyl floors. They didn't treat him nicely and have put off because he is in a wheelchair. He paid the $1200 that they asked for. They have sat on their hands ever since.

My brother contacted Pro Floors in Alexandria the first week of July for vinyl flooring. He paid them the money they asked for and then ignored us. They have given us the run a round and basically done nothing. We moved all his furniture into his bedroom and kitchen, and we waited, and waited, and are still waiting. When we ask about when the job will be done, we get "SOON". It has been over 4 months and we are losing our patience. I think they are taking advantage of him because he is disabled and is in a wheelchair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER !!!

Had an awesome experience with Pro Floors! We were valued and respected from day one and owner was prompt and efficient at making sure we were properly taken care of from the start. He was quick to answer any questions, concerns, address any comments we had. He returned calls quickly and was upfront and honest about our quote and gave a great price for our kitchen and laundry room. The workers were very thorough and knowledgeable. They were honest and courteous in my home and worked hard til my floors were completely installed. I am thrilled with Pro Floors and highly recommend them for their professionalism and experience and very reasonable rates. When we eventually get around to new bathroom flooring we will most definitely be reaching out to them again! Can’t thank you guys enough. I am so in love with my kitchen again!
