I am working out of state here in Alexandria. I appreciate the level of detail the teller took to verify my identity prior to accessing my account.
Fraud and identity protection is the primary reason why I use PNC.
The friendly staff is also a plus!

Always been friendly this branch...people that have issues with them are probably jerks or otherwise lazy and unprepared LOL
