Have nothing but issues with the older women. It's like she takes pleasure with making things difficult. I think it's about time to replace her. She's very rude!

Counter attendant is at times rude and condescending. They are not understanding about things that are out of your control. Constantly giving "lectures" about procedures that again have been explained as out of my control. Has tried to tell me packages weren't there although trackers said they were. Lost a package of mine once, but was helpful in locating it and communicating with me personally for it to be retrieved. Just needs to work on "bedside manner" when it comes to dealing with customers. Many friends of mine have opted with mailboxes curbside to get away with going into the post office to deal with them.
