Always have an issue with this pharmacy, one week they never refilled my Rx and tried to make me come back to pick it up, the other day I came to grab my Rx and was told they “misplaced it, could not find it and were out of stock” and of course NOW been in line for 15 mins and no service while we are 10 cars deep in waiting in the drive thru area.

Poor customer service relations with the customer through the drive-thru and over the phone.
Technicians do not pay attention to prescriptions nor do they consult with the pharmacist who doesn't seem to have control of the pharmacy.

I’d give zero stars if I could!!! Always on hold with them and they pick up and don’t say anything and put you on hold! They claim to not have a price for my medication but yet another Walgreens has a price! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

Whenever I have to pick up a prescription and deal with the pharmacist at this particular location, I have had outstanding service and professional communication. I am so happy I found this location. It truly is a fantastic staff. Great job everyone!

My family and I were in Walgreens this evening for passport photos. We had a great experience with the manager Gloria, Manny and another employee. They provided the best customer service during a busy evening! They all deserve a raise! Hope to see them next time we stop in.

I just wanted to take a minute and shout out Dylan and the pharmacist Tam at the hwy173 and Sheridan location in Zion, Il. They made my family’s experience of getting our Covid and flu shots as good as getting shots can be. Dylan was friendly, made the process as swift as possible and remembered all of our names and who was who as we were working through the paperwork which made it so personable and that impressed me. Thank you to Tam for being so cheerful with the girls, I don’t think they’ll be as scared next year. Overall, quick and painless. I also wanted to add that Dylan took the time to make sure I received my coupons and brought them out to me. I really appreciated that.

The service I received today was mediocre. Disappointing to say the least. I put in for a prescription and after 3 hours it was still delayed.

Beronica helped me save so much money on my prescription just because she wanted to. She was so sweet and really made my night after being anxious to get on a new medication. She showed me how to save with the walgreens rx savings finder and explained the process of using it. I really appreciated her! Thank you!

I got my prescription very quickly at the Walgreens in Zion today. Also, the sales floor looked absolutely stellar! From a customer's perspective, you can tell that the store manager really cares about the store condition and the customer service. Keep up the good work!!!

I always have a positive experience at Zion’s Walgreens . Their pharmacy department is excellent. Getting med refills is a breeze. Their Covid vaccination system worked well and was appreciated. Their store is supplied with all of the essentials and is clean. The store manager seems to work hard and the employees are polite and friendly. This establishment has a real positive influence on the community and is greatly appreciated.

Called to have medication refilled as I was running out tonight, stated I need the refill before morning. Only to find out they closed the pharmacy early due to staffing and wasn’t able to pick up medicine, so had to go to Waukegan for the 24 hour store.
