These guys are awesome they went above and beyond even though I had trouble porting my number over from another carrier they stuck with it and made sure that it was taken care of before I even left it seems like other carriers don't want you to leave them but these guys jumped through hoops to take care of myself and one other guy that was having problems as well they definitely went above and beyond I definitely recommend them

Dee at the Zion IL. TA location for Verizon is the ABSOLUTE BEST. Very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me through all the trouble I’ve been getting. I’ve literally been to four different corporate stores and no one could help but Dee was able to figure out what the issue was. If you can go see him. If you’re a trucker go to TA in Zion IL. and see him for all your Verizon needs.
