“Nate Erickson came through.... I was looking pretty hard for a car, everything I went to look at was over promised and pictures the private owners were showing were years old. Then I came across a car on a lot hours away that appeared to be what I was looking for. A few quick messages from Erik explaining it was definitely a nice clean good running car, and never over sold me. I checked the lot online had plenty of good reviews I decided to trust what he said and did some of my own research on the vin being are rebuild title. Everything seemed in order, made plans to meet, pulled the check out of the bank. When I got there I could see the car wasn't in mint condition but it was exactly what I was expecting from my conversation and the pictures. They helped him through the process and gave him very fair pricing, not taking advantage of the fact that he's a young adult. “My experience has been different. I brought a 2015 Chevy Equinox from Prime Motors, Amarjit was the one who sold it to me. I believe I've only had it for roughly two weeks before i discovered a sound coming from my front tires, I told Amarjit about it, he immediately got my car in for service, he kept in touch with me. Prime Motors Service Center fixed the issue and there's no more sound, car runs good. After my car was fixed, he called and made sure i was satisfied with everything, he showed concerned and that made me feel like a valued customer.”

“Id been hunting online for the vehicle that spoke to me. Id done all I had to for pre-approval and finally found the one! I found my next truck. Somehow the lines got crossed and a salesman from New Car Sales Josh called me and I let him know I was looking at a used vehicle. He helped me through everything without ever having to step in the door.
Last minute and on his day off Josh came in to finalize the paperwork and I took my new (to me) truck home.
I appreciated Josh helping and guiding me through everything, even on his day off. Nobody does that and I didn't want to wait all weekend to pick up the truck so he came in special, even when it wasn't technically his department. I really appreciated that red carpet treatment even if it was just for a used vehicle.
Ill never buy brand new but id definitely buy my next vehicle from a place where their employees literally bend over backwards for a customer.

“My BMW had a problem with the cooling system on the way back from Chicago returning to Delafield. The car was overheating so I tried filling the radiator with water to get home but water was pouring out underneath. Impossible to get towed on Saturday night so got a ride back to Delafield and returned Sunday after arranging for someone to tow me. Took a chance, after looking on the internet on International, and am I am really glad I did. Left the car on Sunday and contacted and dealt with Merrick, I believe the service manager, on Monday. After explaining what had happened, he did a preliminary inspection and called back explaining what the had found and needed permission to remove the front manifold to get at the problem. He called me later that day to explain that they had found the problem and that the part was on backorder so the job couldn't be completed until Wednesday. He called on Wednesday as promised to explain everything they had done, that they had been testing the vehicle and it would be ready that afternoon.
Merrick did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the whole repair. He kept me informed thru every step of the process and well as give me accurate estimates of the work they were doing and what the cost would be. He gladly answered every question I had and put me at ease about the repair. His prices were the same as the local BMW repair shop I use in Delafield and way below what the closest dealer in Milwaukee would have charged. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole operation. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of an emergency repair. Even tho I have never used them for routine service, they are good enough that I would consider driving all the way there to have my cars serviced.
