“Cute small little coffee shop. So glad we stopped! The hot chocolate isn't my cup of tea personally, but my caramel latte was absolutely perfect. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.”
“One of the very few places to get good authentic Puerto Rican food and ingredients. The store is small and, thus, a bit cramped but they make up for it in quality products you just can't find anywhere else.”
“I have been going to this store for about 20 years, it is very well stocked, they have various Mexican products such as toasted tortillas, I like to go there because I save money on my purchases, I like how they are arranged, highly recommended”
“Great grocery store and butcher shop with emphasis on hispanic/Mexican style products. Wide selection of chile peppers (fresh and dry), produce, beans, spices, sauces, beverages and home kitchen supplies. Family owned and run. Nice customer service from helpful staff.”
“Más x Menos is a small Jolla in Waukegan, a Super with a wide variety of products for the Latin market with one or another, if not many Honduran delicacies starting with authentic cheese and cream. The service is excellent and the prices are excellent, plus the location is fantastic and has ample parking.”
“This place is the best, especially when your looking to get the best value for your money spent. The service is very helpful and sincerely friendly throughout the store.”
“Do all my grocery shopping here. Even now that I live a little further away and have a Festival right around the corner. This store is always clean and organized. Friendly staff. Better prices than the other stores I’ve been to. Never had a problem with any of the food I’ve purchased (meat, chicken, etc).”

You definitely will get good quality for good prices here. This specific store can get busy however the cashiers usually do a good job of making the line go pretty fast. I will always be a return customer!”

2727 Grand Ave, Waukegan“This is a great place to shop for groceries and fruits, candies chops and also the low prices and great deals is just the start for this establishment. Lewis fresh market has a lot of fruits and vegetables you will definitely not find in any other basic U.S. grocery store, such as drinks fruits, vegetables and any other canned foods from Mexico, Latin america, the Caribbean and even the Middle east. And yes they have a great deli and fish market great hospitality at the deli....Enjoy shopping here I know I will!!!!”
“You flat out can’t beat their prices. Might not find everything you want but it’s a definite “first stop” when you’re loading up. Save at least 1/3 on items.”
“Now serving Indian food. The food is great and it is authentic. They have just started this menu and might have a few things to work out but the biryani was wonderful. Lamb (mutton)Biryani is our favorite and I think the hardest thing to get right for some places - but here, it's perfect! Everything else was the real-deal too. This isn't a high-end experience - it is take-away only and it's an older building. But, you know what - who cares? It beats driving 30 miles to Milwaukee or Gurnee to get a nice South Asian/Indian meal and this is a small, family operated business that we really need to support. So - great food, good service, a reasonable price-point - what more could we ask for?”
“The produce section is amazing, as is the variety of breads. There is a sourdough white bread with only three ingredients and no GMO. But my favorite breads are the seedtastic and Graintastic.”
