If you think signing up for an account online will save you time, think again. They seem to penalize you more when you do this. Everytime I try to do something (like cash a $45.00 check from my insurance company) they tell me I can't because I signed up online and have to wait a year. I can deposit it and then get cash out of the ATM. I wish this made sense.

2900 Sheridan Rd, Zion, IL 60099, USA does not answer the phone. Neither does the Waukegan branch. Worst customer service in the banking industry while their Lake Zurich brach was perfect.

Extremely dissatisfied. I’ve been banking with the Zion branch of PNC for almost 10 years and I never had worse service in my life. An employee of the Zion PNC issued me checks to someone else’s account, when I notified the teller she issued me 10 checks with 5 of them being invalid as (according to a supervisor) the teller only input 5 of those into their data base making half the checks unusable. ATMs never work and have pieces of paper tapped to them instead of notifying their customers. Moral of the story, the Zion branch of PNC is extremely unprofessional and are mistakenly giving out other individuals bank account information due to employee error. The supervisor avoided all my concerning questions. Everything is video and audio recorded. Some serious retraining needs to be done at this place. I have yet to be contacted for the information leak that occurred 12/2022.

Very bad service, specially the person name cherry very bad attitude and not professional. Judge people based on their appearance, I've never met someone this bad.

When I initially searched this location and saw that it had one star I wasn't concerned because how bad can the service be at a bank. Now I know why they only have one star!Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a PNC Bank! If it were possible to leave -3 stars I would. The bank manager Michelle was horrible and very rude cashier was slow and when I told I was in a hurry she became even slower. I do not recommend anyone use this bank for any reason at all. PNC has lost my business as a customer due to this location and I have banks with PNC for the past 17 years! Good bye

Horrible online banking. Customer service gives excuse after excuse. The app and atm say you have available money then when they post your transactions it's always different from the day before. All of a sudden you are in the negative. Wtf. Just horrible app and customer service. Garbage banking
