I went in to have my wedding and engagement ring resized and Carol was very friendly very sweet and super helpful it didn't take long at all before I had my jewelry back resized polished and beautiful they did an amazing job at a very fair price and Carol is the sweetest woman in town I will always take all of my jewelry needs to her and I suggest everyone else do the same

I have been a customer at fortners for over 30 years. They have been so helpful for anything I have ever needed and thought of ways that I had not for changing "family" jewelry, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is awesome!

Treated me very poorly recently when I needed to have my wedding ring bought there 18 years ago for our 22nd anniversary cut off for surgery. Told me to go to the firehouse, they were too busy. I was thinking I would have it fixed and sized a bit bigger before our 40th next month by them, but she was so rude to me. They used to be so nice. Now I have to go somewhere else to have it repaired back to useable. :(
