Service is usually pretty quick at the drive-thru(it was kinda rough for the first few months after the transition from First Midwest but eventually it smoothed out)and I was able to get a live person on the phone pretty quick to sort out issues I was having.

Wish zero stars was a choiceThe rudest, most condesending, slowest, unhelpful tellers and employees. I can't go there. I get too upset. Wait and wait and wait. In what world would this disgusting customer service be acceptableClose this branch and fire these people!!!
