Service is usually pretty quick at the drive-thru(it was kinda rough for the first few months after the transition from First Midwest but eventually it smoothed out)and I was able to get a live person on the phone pretty quick to sort out issues I was having.

General banking is fine. Its a bank, whatever. 3$ for a 10$ money order from my own account is ridiculous though.
