I went in looking for help on makeup for upcoming headshot photos for work. I haven't worn makeup in YEARS. I never was very good at it and never really liked the products I ever used. Kim came to my rescue!!!!! She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and just the kindest person ever. She listened to my concerns, wants, likes, and dislikes. She found me the perfect shade, a product that looks natural and flawless, not cakey or heavy. Kim then helped me pair it with other items to top my look off. Explained to me why certain things worked for me and didn't, and showed me tips and techniques for applying each product. She truly went above and beyond in helping me in so many ways. Kim, you are a true angel, and I can't thank you enough for all your help! ❤️

What would I do without Veronica to wax my brows? I would be lost, been going to her for a long time, she does an excellent job and is very personable!

I went in to look for some long lasting makeup for a concert and a few gals were quick to help! I liked the makeup choices and their experience definitely helped with that decision

Been kinda hesitant to post a review on this I do shop here. But also use the salon a few times I did see my hair was cut was short than the left side and the last time I gone the gal who cut my hair used very hot water that’s a no no especially when the hair is hair dyed, also forgot to do the treatment, once she was drying my hair she used the very hot setting I got burnt a few times I even told her that’s very hot I even covered my ears my hair was more fried now. The treatment she only left it on for 5 mins while online says 15-20 mins fyi, never again will I trust my hair here my stylist from Cali was way more gentle and knew what she was doing definitely did not use hot water to wash hair, and was using low setting on the blow dryer she took her time and also wasn’t distracted neither she was very professional.

The people who work here are always so so kind. The last time I went in, I didn’t get the girl’s name, but she went above and beyond to help me. There was a product I saw online that said it was available in store, and I couldn’t find it for the life of me. She searched everywhere it could be and found the last one for me. Wish I knew her name!!

Fri 12/29 8:00pm- Just called to try & get a last minute brow appt before the New Years! I KNOW- I should've known better- lol. That's TOTALLY ON ME! But I had to try! I was told next available appt wasn't until Wed in 2024. I said Ty- but I was looking for something this weekend. I apologized to the woman on the phone-& thx'd her for checking & said I'll call after the NY 2024. I wished her a HAPPY NY. She said NOTHING BACK TO ME! Then hung up on me- like Slammed the phone down. Not even GOOD BYE! WTH? NOW- when i called- I pressed #4 at 1st for the salon & no one answered at the salon. So then I was sent back to the main menu- hit #1- explained what happened to the woman who picked up (prolly CS/FE?)- that no one answer at the salon extension picked up. Woman said she would check Veronica's schedule. Thanked her. Then see above what happened. I know the holidays are rough during this time- but I was polite, thankful for her looking & wished her well. This is kinda sucky CS. Sry another employee had to deal with a Salon question- but it's not MY fault the Salon didn't answer. I'll still come back bc I love how Veronica does my brows. But CS was Def lacking tonite. Btw- I've worked in retail WHOLE LIFE. 100%true. I know it can suck. I hope whomever was on the phone w/ me has a truly great new year! I truly mean it! ? ??

The staff were helpful locating products not in store, but they are not educated on products they are selling.I shared my experience with the staff member working with me.This was my first visit to Ulta, and I found my products elsewhere where they are a lot less expensive.Will I shop here in the future? ... possibly.Lower prices and educating the staff would bring me back.

I get my eyebrows done here and I absolutely love Veronica. She does an amazing job every time and talks to you like you're her best friend while she's doing it, which I love. The rest of the staff is always helpful as well.

these girls are clearly stealing the gifts meant for customers. they gave me the dirtiest look when i asked if i got a gift after spending $125, cashier is like "ummmm does she get a gift?" and the manager TOSSED a cheap sample into my pile of items, when there were clearly nice gifts for customers who earned them behind them. also, i had to ASK to put my number in for rewards. sketchy location

I have a very good experience at this store, staff is very friendly and nicely deal with customers, last time the girl name as "Lily" helped me out and she was super nice ? I i enjoyed my shopping with her help alot ?
