I have taken my car to Brandon for over 15 years and he has kept my 2 cars running GREAT!!!! He always knows what's wrong and can fix everything!!!
I TRUST HIM with my car and he even met me in the parking lot when he saw me pull in after he re-opened. I was so glad to see him again!!!
Once you take your car to Brandon, you won't want to go anywhere else!!!

We used to go to Tuffy any time we had an issue because Brandon would always give us the full story. His professional opinion has never steered us wrong. The DAY that My Auto Dr opened back up after a few year hiatus, we needed Brandon's opinion. A few local shops had freaked us out about needing a potential complete engine rebuild, to the tune of a few thousand dollars just so start.
Before jumping into debt with both feet, we called and asked Brandon to look at it. He knew what other shops had insinuated was wrong, but took his time to diagnose the issues and give us a quote that was far less dreadful than the first few opinions on what was needed.
Brandon is the guy we go to when we need anything, because he knows what he's doing and he isn't afraid to tell you what it'll cost.

Came in for a brake inspection and to inspect the noise that my brakes are making. He called me later and said he had to replace the entire suspension system. Ive been here before and had a couple issues. So i asked if i could take the car and he said no and that i needed it replaced ASAP or else I can't have it because it's a safety issue. It cost almost $2000. Turns out he never did a brake inspection and when i asked if he hear a noise he said "didn't hear anything". He never ever did the brake inspection that I initially came in for. Ever since he fixed my suspension my car has been vibrating and rattling when I press the gas. it shakes over 40mph and steers to the right even though he did a wheel alignment. Don't go here, seems very sketchy

Customer service could be better, not gonna give it a one star , but no one left a voice-mail about picking up my car. when I got dropped off I was standing outside in the rain for 45 mins till I got picked up. Then I came in the morning and the guy working said he called but I checked my phone no number called back and no voice-mail was left.

I always get my car service done by Tuffy. No matter where I live I find one. Never had an issue. I now go to the one in Yorkville, IL. Brandon is the main man, he is honest & tells you if he finds something that needs attention. No pressure & sometimes when it is just a simple thing to ease my mind he will check it. Could use more oil change coupons for this location. Can never find them, ?.

He went above and beyond for us when we had a steering issue on our way to an important appointment. He stopped what he was doing and immediately put our car on the lift, then made calls to locate the part we needed. He was extremely personable, polite, and knowledgeable not only with us but with other customers who came in the shop.
