“If you are looking for an honest and fair auto mechanic shop, THIS IS IT!We had our pick-up 350 in this shop to fix the break lines and it was done quick and at a very reasonable price. During the process of the truck being towed, a minor damage was done to our truck. Unfortunately, we didn't know who was a fault. After not getting anywhere with the tow company, Troy quickly offered to help and repair, at no cost! My husband and I were both shocked because this simply does not happen! “I know this is going to sound crazy, but it was a miracle that I happened to drive by at the most needed time!I had an appointment in Naperville that I had to reschedule from last Wednesday, because I forgot I had to go in person. I knew my front tires were low on air and I planned on the way back home I was going to fill them once I got to the next gas station since I needed gas as well. I was letting Google Maps direct me since I live at least 1 and a half hours away, there was at least 2 notifications for Google for a faster route and I accepted the tips. Then the next thing I know my car notifies me that my back passenger tire was getting low. I was praying for a gas station then I started watching my car sensor show that the air was going out fast in the back tire. In a second of time, I saw your sign and immediately knew I needed to stop there! Thankfully and I'm grateful that I did! The employees working were kind, polite, and able to get my back tire patched up and filled all my tires up right away for me, so I could get home safely. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle; I really appreciate you making the time, even making me aware of a another current, but mild issue with my vehicle, and assured me that it was safe enough for me to get home. I realize that they aren't a local place that I can support, but over the years, you gravitate to certain folks at these stores that just know how to take care of you, and that means more to me than anything else.This location has a friendly staff for us since 2008, is convenient, and now that DTC has purchased Tirerack, it's easier to have DTC do the install, because the tires get shipped directly to the store. It's very convenient.The only thing I did not care for is when you purchase through Tirerack, they offer a free replacement warranty, and then DTC offers a LONGER warranty. Had I known this, I would have foregone the Tirerack warranty and just purchased the DTC warranty. Don't make my mistake.Lastly, scheduling via an appointment significantly reduces install time.”
