This target is always so well organized and clean! Staff is friendly, even in the early mornings! Fast service as usual. And I don't know if it's just my bad luck when I go, but they are either low in stock or out of the things that I need lol. Not all the time of course. Also, I went in today when it had snowed and their parking lot was clean. There was salt on the entrances and such. Thank you for caring for our well being target!

like i literally i hate this store they never accommodate african american i have been going here for 12 years and asking management's to bring in more items for us. like smoke meat aka turkey hamhocks etc. also no dry seasoning of our choice either. management has been telling me again and again they . i will call monday and speak with will again if not i will take this to corporate

i wish i could give negative stars. how dare this "manager" not take back a recalled baby formula with out a recipt!!! unprofessional telling a new mother to leave and get a recipt. the manufacturer said to bring it back babies are dying from it with this lot number. shame on you target for having unempthic managers.i will tell everyone i know to not shop here.

Absolute joke of a store. Management all act like children. DO NOT WORK HERE! NO room for advancement and the managers treat you like a child. Schedule grown adults for under 20 hours weekly. Not to mention the negativity within the store is climbing to an all time high. If I ran this store I'd replace all management. Nothing but followers and BAD leaders. Who pick and choose favorites. They Don't schedule good employees so they can save on payroll so the management can get bonuses. Corrupt, and honestly just a nasty environment. Katie and simona would be fired in a heartbeat anywhere else. Good luck

Friendly workers but incompetent front end managers. Consistently have just one register open as 11 people wait in line. Multiple times week after week while the front end manager stares aimlessly wondering how they can do even worse then wal-marts low standards. This app while random associates are in other departments facing that could likely help with register experience.

I will give them no stars at all. Such a waste of time. My husband called ahead of time to set up an appt on the morning. the agent said we didn't need to set up an appt that we can stop by any time because we don't need to see a doctor. We already have the prescription. We wanted to buy Glasses make them profit. We went around 3:30 pm and they said they were about to close today and we needed to set up an appointment to go online and buy the glasses there. Ha! This is so ridiculous! On the morning they said one thing then later they said no. What's the matter with this people! They don't want to work and sell eyewear. We will never stop by here and I will make sure to tell friends about this place.

I've lived in this neighborhood for 4 1/2 years. I noticed right away at the Yorkville Illinois target that the prices do not ring up properly. Last week and on 3 separate shopping occasions, My produce rang up wrong each time. Tomatoes, one day, celery another day, and the most recent today, the shredded Romaine. How can all those items be wrong. So one is not doing their job. I hate it when I have to make sure MY TARGET IS NOT RIPPING ME OFF! I've spoken to the managers on different occasions about this issue. As of recently it just mainly been in produce. In years past it was other items in the store and sale items. The produce issue has been going on (as far as I have noticed) for the last year. That is the key words here, "I have noticed." So if you don't see the prices ringing up because the kids are fussing or you are fumbling to find your stupid Cartwheel app, you will probably miss the higher prices being rung up. The reason why I gave one Star was that, over the period of 4 years I have spoken to the managers, either through online surveys, gone to the CS desk or just told the cashier, NOTHING SEEMS TO GET DONE HERE. THE PRICES RING UP WRONG OFTEN. Aldi's is a little farther and I have NEVER had a wrong price at Aldi's, I wonder why? Yes, the employees are nice here, that's why they get the one star. I just think this Target really doesn't give a damn. If Target implements "shelf tag must ring up the same price or your item is free" I think you will see them cross-check those prices!

Terrible service. Checked Target app for toilet paper. Yorkville store says in stock, but must come into store, no pickup. I went in and guess what, NO TOILET PAPER!! Asked why the app said in stock, was told app is not accurate. Then why even have it? Asked why pickup not allowed, was told so they can restrict a limit per customer. Can't they restrict a per customer limit on pickup? Was told to call ahead to check inventory. Tried calling Guest Service, robot voice said they cannot check inventory in store of items, no one would answer Guest Service phone after about 20 rings.Terrible customer experience. How about putting a notice at the entrance if no toilet paper is available, instead of making customers travel through the whole store to find out. We are supposed to be minimizing time in stores, how about helping out?

This is a wonderful office. I was in desperate need for contact lenses and happened to be in the area for work. The best thing about Target Optical offices are that they can look up your prescription easily even if you were seen at another Target Optical location. They had what I needed in stock and even graciously gave me a few samples! Staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient despite me coming in like a hot mess and freaking out because I had no contacts! They were so friendly and understanding. The entire office itself is welcoming, with a clean and bright environment and plenty of options for both eyewear and contact lenses. I highly recommend this office if you're in the area and in need of eye services!

I was trying to buy video games peacefully but that didn't happen. Some guy came in and assaulted an employee. He ran out with 2 iPhones. Punches were thrown. I am traumatized for life. Will never shop here again

This big box store was my first go to shopping place for several years. Lately they have raised their prices higher than their competitors...Their UP and UP brands were once excellent buys.... not anymore... they are higher now than most name brands. The shelves were getting bare and there are never many employees actually working, especially cashiers. Bye bye Target Dog.... I will miss the old you.

I love target but their checkout lines are insane. I went a weekend during a shoe sale and bought a bunch of shoes and had to walk all the way to the other side of the store to check out. Not a big deal- until I had to run back over to the shoes to exchange a pair. I asked the cashier why that side wasn't open ( not even self checkout) and was told it was because the grocery side is the busier side. Okay- it's a big store and there should have at least been one register open closer to that side. What if I was handicapped or had a hard time walking quickly? I rarely buy groceries at target, I buy clothes and home goods- so walking over to the grocery side and waiting in a long line is an inconvenience for me and I'm sure others feel the same way.

Target bakery has been doing an outstanding job! We have ordered several birthday cakes over the past few years. Each time they look and taste great. This last one, we provide an image of what we wanted off on Pinterest and the made it perfectly. Keep up the good work!

While visiting this store from Napa, Ca. I had the BEST service experience. We were there for. Bridal gift from the registry. The woman greeted us and showed us how to find all items just like we were at A high end Department store. The check out process was even better. She took great care and as extremely personable. While in the store I needed a grocery item they didn't have. I asked the man and he showed me they were out of it. While checking out he came running up to say he researched the item and found some out back in the warehouse. WOW. Talk about good old fashioned service. I highly recommend a visit here soon.
